I am currently an IT Project Manager at Islamic Development Bank with more than 18 years of                                 experience working on Diverse Platforms and Technologies to support the business and deliver value                           to the end­user and customers. My experience spans across various areas including Developing                         Custom Applications, Implementing Enterprise Solutions, Business Process Automation and System                   Integration. Throughout my professional career, I managed and implemented more than 70 medium to                           large IT Projects working with more than 200 International Staff of the project's’ stakeholders from                             Team Members, Upper Management, Sponsors, and End Users. I can resolve highly complex cases                           into simple, yet rewarding customer solutions. 

I have acquired my ITIL and PMI­PMP Certification in late 2011, and acquired my PMI­ACP certification                               in July 2014.  At my current workplace, I have taken on a variety of leadership roles. For my most recent role, I                                     undertook an enterprise­wide responsibility as the Project Manager, with a team of 15 members, for                             the Implementation of the Talent Management System based on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)                       Cloud Solutions with SAP Integration including Learning, Performance, Succession, Recruitment and                     Connect for 900 users. The total amount budgeted for entire project is about 2M US$ for 3 years. My                                     team has managed to satisfy a critical business need to to add Hijri Calendar Support by customizing                                 CSOD Portal (watch this video) which was the first achievement of its kind in the world.
