export dockets ear-marked for collections.

Batch Reports:DAILY FINES & BONDS DETAIL – If a ‘negative’ transaction occurs, the reference receipt information is printed below. *For Auditing Purposes*.

CRT_ACCOUNT_BALANCE – Shows how much someone owes by pulling all dockets across their mni number.

REPORTSCRT_BOND_BALANCE – Pulls dockets with bond balance > 0 and prints bond transactions that have an active balance.

CRT_BOND_POSTED – Prints Bond Transactions posted during a date range regardless of the status.

CRT_CHARGE_QUOTE – Pulls a single docket and charge and allows clerk to print out estimated charge amount.

CRT_PERSON_LIST – Prints summary list all ‘Other’ persons for dockets within a selected court date range. Can select a person type (example Attorney, Officer etc…)
