Our Corporate Security Officers are trained to appreciate that when working on a client’s premises they are representing that clients brand name & reputation. They know that their actions & demeanour will affect how a customer or visitor will perceive the client, and therefore understand the importance of a professional approach to their work.

OUR CORPORATE SECURITY GUARDS ARE TRAINED IN:• Customer Service – Meet & Greet / Body Language Techniques / Communication.• Phone Etiquette.• Monitoring arrival and departure times of staff, contractors and visitors to facilities. • Issuing ID badges, Visitor Passes or ID cards. • Maintaining logs, inspecting bags or packages and giving directions.• Patrolling the external and internal of building monitoring physical security-windows, doors etc..• Monitoring CCTV, Landlord Alarms, Fire Alarms, Access Control Systems & Building Management Systems.• Mail Sort & Distribution.• Open Up & Lock Down Procedures.• Report Writing.• Evacuation Procedures.• Emergency Procedures. • Fire prevention, recognition & response.• Security Law.• First Aid.• Health & Safety Law.• CCTV Operation.• Traffic Control.

SECURITY OFFICER - SELECTION & VETTING:Our recruitment policy in relation to Corporate Security Officers is that candidates must have a minimum of two years direct corporate security experience. All our staff are vetted by our sister company EMPS – a dedicated screening company catering to the corporate & retail sectors.

Our employees are screened to a ten year background and work history check, complete with personnel and previous employer references in accordance with IS999:2004 & PSA28:2013 and the regulations of the Private Security Authority. All officers are licensed by The Private Security Authority.

MANAGEMENT:Where we operate a multi-personnel corporate site a dedicated manager or supervisor will be allocated to work on site. Where we have single personnel sites, an area manager is allocated the site as part of his duties. The Area Manager will remain in regular contact with the officer on site as well as visiting the site daily. In addition our 24 hour Control Centre remains in contact with all our officers on an hourly check-call basis during shift.

All our Area Managers and Senior Management Personnel come from a security, military or law enforcement background with extensive experience of the security industry.
