Tenoriba Project Overview
• Option to earn 100% of 3 contiguous concessions, covering 8,100 ha.
• Terms - $160,000 in cash, 950,000 MTH shares & $1.0M expenditures over 4 yr. period plus 2% NSR (can be purchased for $1.5M)
• An estimated $2.0 M was spent on the property during 2007-2008 by Masuparia Gold Corp.
 Exploration included 2,566 m of drilling in 15 holes with 10 of 15 holes reporting attractive gold values
10
Tenoriba - Highlights
 LOCATION - Located in the prolific Sierra Madre precious metal belt
 SIZE - 8,100 ha property with highly anomalous gold and silver mineralization occurring over a 15 sq km area
 GEOLOGY – Surface mapping has identified numerous characteristics indicative of a high-sulphidation precious metal setting Vuggy silica
 High grade gold with silver, but minus base metals
 Alteration clay minerals
 FREE GOLD - Gold may be “free” (outside or within fractures on sulphide grains) indicating that the mineral resources could be amenable to low cost heap leach extraction
 TOPOGRAPHY - Deposit occurs on a hill which could make open pit mining very attractive with a low waste to ore ratio
 INFRASTRUCTURE – power, water, villages, roads, airstrip all within close proximity of the project
11
Tenoriba - Historic Exploration
• All core from the 15 diamond drill holes is available at the on-site exploration camp.
• 2,586 geochemical soil and rock chip samples collected

• Mapping and sampling identified a large (up to 15 km2) area of volcanic rocks (Silicified Chaotic Breccia, Coarse Feldspar Porphyry and Quartz Biotite Ignimbrite ) hosting attractive values of gold and silver
Tenoriba - Geology
• We believe that these rocks are part of a high-sulphidation mineralizing system at Tenoriba
• Similar projects include Goldcorp’s El Sauzal and Alamos Gold’s Mulatos

Tenoriba - Historic Exploration• Mammoth consolidated all the historic exploration results leading to
the identification of a large 5 km x 3 km (15 sq km) area with highly anomalous gold in soil, channel and grab samples.
• This anomalous area remains open in all directions
16
Tenoriba - Recent Results• Mineralization is seen to be concentrated in 3 principal areas:
1. Los Carneritos (1.5 x 0.7 km);
2. El Moreno (1.5 x 0.5 km); and
3. Historic exploration area (1.5 x 1.5 km).
17
2013 Tenoriba Exploration Program
Some Recent Results (4th Exploration Campaign)
Carneritos Area:
• 26.10 gpt gold and 121.0 gpt silver in a grab sample;
• 6.41 gpt gold and 34.0 gpt silver over a 1.0 metre channel sample; and
• 5.48 gpt gold and 34.3 gpt silver over a 1.0 metre channel sample.
• Of a total of 146 samples assayed, 74% (115 samples) assayed >0.3 gpt gold equivalent and have a weighted average grade of 1.56 gpt gold equivalent.
El Moreno Area:
• 13.00 gpt gold and 17.1 gpt silver over a 1.0 metre channel sample;
• 12.95 gpt gold and 7.1 gpt silver over a 1.0 metre channel sample;
• 9.79 gpt gold and 6.8 gpt silver over a 1.0 metre channel sample; and
• 9.19 gpt gold and 8.9 gpt silver over a 1.5 metre channel sample.
• Of a total of 148 samples assayed, 41%, (56 samples) assayed >0.3 gpt gold equivalent and have a weighted average grade of 2.55 gpt gold equivalent.

Historic Workings – El Moreno
19
Tenoriba - Recent Results• X-Ray Diffraction analysis on 72 samples where attractive gold and silver
values were obtained, illustrated the presence of clay alteration minerals (Dickite, Kaolinite, Illite) that are commonly associated with a high-sulphidation precious metal systems
20
Tenoriba - Recent Results• Preliminary microscopic work indicated gold occurred in a free state on
the surface and/or in fractures within sulphide (primarily pyrite) grains
• Free gold could be amenable to heap leach processing
• The company is collecting additional samples from various depths to perform bottle roll tests to further confirm the extent and recovery of gold

2013 Tenoriba Exploration Program
 Phase 1 field exploration program to follow-up on historic work and extend exploration coverage (historic exploration only covers approximately 25% of the project concession area)
 Ongoing - cost $70,000 (should be completed by mid 2013)
 H2-2013 - consolidate all historic and new information to create target areas for follow-up work, including:
 Bottle Roll testing - understand cyanide leach characteristics - $10,000
 Trenching - $15,000
 geophysics survey(s) - $60,000
 possibly 10 – 15 drill holes or development of a pilot plant heap leachoperation to test the viability of heap leach processing - $150,000
 News releases expected throughout 2013 as the company reports on progress from this work
 Results to date are very encouraging with strong evidence pointing to a high sulphidation epithermal system, local examples of which include:
 Mulatos (Alamos Gold) - 2M oz Au resource; 200K oz ann. production
 El Sauzal (Goldcorp) - 1.5M oz Au resource; 100K oz ann. production
