• 1979 Established as PWC logistics
• 1997-2004 Grew to largest logistics provider in the Middle East
• 2004-2008 Aggressive merger and acquisitions, acquired GeoLogistics, Transoceanic, Trans-Link, Natural, Matrix, Tri-Star, and Lasses. Some with history dating back to the 1800’s.
• 2006 Renamed as Agility, unifying all brands into one seamless global network
• 2008 Restructured into three business groups, Global Integrated Logistics, Defense and Government Services and Infrastructure.

• Embassy currently employees 3,300 and we are responsible for each shipment• Packing materials and supplies procured through the Agility global network as
these commodities are not readily available in Iraq• Operating within the International Zone

• Established a project office in Kabul at the request of the U.S. Embassy to assist in the relocation of it’s employees HHG’s.
