Life
• Life basically means that each person has the right to live.
Life
• We use life each and every day because we live in this country and we all have our individual rights.
Liberty
• Liberty just means freedom. Examples are we have the freedom to believe what we want, have our own opinions and the right to have any job.
Liberty
• As students, we use liberty by we can believe what we want and our parents can have the jobs they want we can have our opinions each and everyday.
The Pursuit of Happiness
• This means that each person the right to be happy and do what they want, as long as they don’t harm the rights of others.

• An example of this is you can have any job you choose as long as you don’t step on the rights of others.
Justice
• Justice basically means all people are treated fairly.
Justice
• Everyday we are treated fairly, we are not treated differently because of our race or religion or anything else. A while person is treated the same way as a black person.
Common Good
• Common good means like its good for everyone. And we work together to make our country better.
Common Good
• Examples of common good is like volunteer work and the government making laws that’s good for all citizens.
Equality
• We are all treated the same way, no matter what your race or religion is, or how much money you have.
Equality
• An example of equality in our lives is if you are black you are treat the same way as a white.
Diversity
• Diversity means like differences in language, how you dress, what your race is, is just allowed but is respected.

• People are supposed to respect others for who they are and not where they came from.
Popular Sovereignty
• The people control who is elected in the government.
Popular Sovereignty
• An example is that we just voted Barack Obama as president of the United states.
Patriotism
• As citizens we devote ourselves to our country.
Patriotism
• We show patriotism in our lives everyday by saying the pledge of allegiance.
Rule of Law
• Every citizen follows the rules and laws of your country.

• Even the government has to follow the laws.
