Świętokrzysko - Podkarpacki Energetic Cluster was established in 2009 .
On 16 of dec. 2009 r. co-financing agreement for Cluster activity was signed by
Polish Agency of Regional Development.
From 1 of april 2013 Świętokrzysko - Podkarpacki Energetic Cluster received
the funds for further continuation of the Cluster activity titled as
„Świętokrzysko-Podkarpacki Energetic Cluster - Continuation” up till 30 june 2015 .
After that period further cooperation of Cluster’s Partners has continued on individual
basis/activities with several interesants – operation without financial support.
The aim of the Cluster was to build a platform of transregional cooperation on field of
widely undesrtood care for energy, especially targeted on:
- promotion,
- induction
- Familiarization on the local, regional and ransregional level, the aims of energetic
politic of EU, especially how to effectively use the energy mainly within the
construction sector.

Members of the Cluster come from local government units, etenterprises,college high
schools and institutions operating to the benefit of innovation, conducting business in
the Eastern region of Poland.

Activities accomplished within Cluster answeared on demands of the members of the cluster, and were an exit platform for realization of business projects based on research and ekspert’s knowledge and include following fields:
• transfer of knowledge and technology from the range of innovative solutions from EWE i OZE from EU conutries and wide-spreading good examples,
• Support development of combined heat and power based on local renewable resources zasobach surowców odnawialnych, using innovative technology
• Promotion of activities of efficient usage of energy and also decrease energetic usage of buildings and production processes,
• Promotion of innovative solutions decreasing CO² emission to the atmosphere,
• Developing education of how to effectively manage energy usage,
• Elimination bariers breaking development of renevable and efficient usage of energy resources
• Strategic activities of the Cluster:
• Create informational – educational centre EWE;
• Elaboration local analysis climatical-energetical-ecological;
• Organizing foreign branch missions to meet european good practices and examples of realization of local and regional incentive within EWE scope;
• The promotion and dissemination of innovative technologies for EWE;
• Gaining new participants of Konsortium to ensure its durability and development ;
• Strategy of the Cluster, cont.:
• Establishing contacts with similar organizations operating in the country and other countries of the European Union, favoring the promotion, dissemination and transfer of innovation;
• Supporting activities of innovative companies and projects in line with the objectives of the Consortium, among others, and by seeking assistance in obtaining national and EU funding projects for EWE, acquisition and creation of high-quality know-how for the implementation of projects in the field of EWE.
The project included the following activities: 1. Monitoring of renewable energy sources in the region;
inventory of existing sources of energy (heat, electricity) and their customers, renewable energy
sources (biomass, agricultural biogas, biogas from sewage sludge, landfill gas, hydro, wind
energy) in all local government units in the Świętokrzyskie region.
1.2. inventory of energy resources, including substrate agricultural, industrial
inventory of energy demand (space heating, domestic hot water, air conditioning, electricity) in the
housing and services sector (school facilities, government, education - community centers,
kindergartens, orphanages, boarding, boarding, medical facilities, sports halls objects for
shops, cultural centers, theater, cinema, magazines) in all local government units in the
Świętokrzyskie region.

transport in the province of Świętokrzyskie.

2. Research the possibilities of development of biomass and its use for energy purposes in
Świętokrzyskie and Podkarpackie
3. Study the composition and properties of mixed municipal waste to be landfilled in
Świętokrzyskie
4. Assessment study wind energy development opportunities and identify areas for future
investments in the field of wind energy in Świętokrzyskie
5. Study the potential hydrogeological and the possibility of the occurrence and use of geothermal
energy in the province of Świętokrzyskie
6. Laboratory testing includes a quantitative analysis of electricity production in photovoltaic
conversion process, depending on the PV technology and geographical conditions - climate in
Świętokrzyskie
7. eco-energy analysis of the region.

14.Supporting activities of innovative companies and projects in line with the objectives of the
Consortium, among others, and by seeking assistance in obtaining national and EU funding
projects for renewable energy development, acquisition and creatiion of high-quality know-how
for the implementation of projects in the field of renewable energy and respect of energy;
15.Wspieranie raising innovation and competitiveness through the purchase of licenses, the results
of research, analysis, expertise, technology, patents and technical knowledge;
16.Pozyskiwanie new participants Consortium to ensure the maintenance of its sustainability and
development;
Ad 8. - Development of energy audits
The audits were performed for 19 entities that are members of the cluster. Audits will be used to change
energy consumption of buildings and will provide the basis for future investment activitiesrelated to the reduction
of the energy intensity of the local economy in the longer term,beyond the life of the project.
For each audit also developed a supplement that presents the possibility of thermo buildings and identifying
investment options using current and planned sources of financing.
Energy audits were performed for the following objects:

Ad 9. - Analysis of the possibilities of using geothermal waters for energy purposes, recreational and
balneological in the municipality of Kazimierz Wielki
The analysis includes the determination of the physical properties, chemical analysis and isotopic water
with thermal hole Cudzynowice GT-1 in Kazimierza Wielka. The thermal water from the well to be used in
spas, recreation and as a heat source to obtain a certificate confirming healing properties of water,
necessary to obtain the status of the spa.

Ad 11. - Development of local and regional analyzes of eco – energy
Analysis of climate and energy-ecological made for the 15 municipalities that are members of the Cluster
(Balts, Bejsce, Bieliny, Bodzechów, Daleszyce, Górno, Horse, Maslow, Morawica, Ostrowiec
Holy Cross, Rytwiany, Solec Zdroj, Strawczyn, Tuczępy and Zagnańsk).
The resulting analysis include suggestions for the modernization and development of energy
infrastructure,
analysis of locally occurring renewable energy resources and suggestions to use them, local
energy management program, with particular emphasis on energy management in buildings
public measures proposed to reduce low emissions, a plan for
energy efficiency, educational and training program for youth workers
administrative, economic entities and citizens.
Analysis form the basis of knowledge on Energy Efficiency (EWE) and base
planning of investments eco-energetic, and to adjust the scope and type of activity
businesses, present and future members of the cluster to adapt their business in
real needs in the regions.
Local government units have gained the necessary knowledge to expertly plan their activities
in the field of energy.

Examination of the two micro-installations of water in
the river bed:
- one vertical axis
- and a second horizontal axis
and specified geographic – climate conditions in
Świętokrzyskie for the selection of the optimal
operation of this type of equipment
New knowledge in the field of energy efficiency - good practices
Among other things they took place:
- seminar "Innovative solutions in passive construction on the example of building
- passive Science and Technology Park - the European Technology Centre. " During the seminar they
were presented innovative solutions used in passive houses Euro - Centrum. During the seminar held
substantive meetings conducted by experts, concerning the assessment of the correctness of the
energy efficiency of the company after the application of photovoltaic installation - the first experience
of the construction of photovoltaic farm.
- - Another meeting concerned, innovative solutions in passive construction on the example of the
complex GPP BUSINESS PARK Upper Silesian Industrial Park in Katowice. The meetings were
connected with the possibility of exploring objects, using modern solutions and energy-saving
technologies
• FFESTIVAL OF LIGHTS October 16, 2014 r. During the Second International Fair of Innovation and New Technology "INNO-TECH EXPO 2014" held a conference entitled .: "Festival of Lights Efficiency - Innovative technologies and support capabilities in the regions of Eastern Polish”
• During the second part of the conference within the framework of Festival of Lights Efficiency It was a show of illumination light, prepared for the Bishops' Palace

"Laboratory ADD autonomous house available - Building a house in the autonomous Podzamcze - area of Chęciny for the study of energy efficiency for the development of Świętokrzyskie Region in the field of specialization Energy Efficiency”
ANALYSIS CONDUCTED AT AUTONOMOUS HOME:
The project included four additional analysis concerning:
1. Analysis of the dynamics and efficiency of ground heat accumulator, together with an indication of the heat demand of the building users autonomous in Podzamcze Chęciny. 2. Analysis of the energy efficiency of hybrid modules with simulate the burden of the energy needs of the building occupants autonomous in Podzamcze Chęciny. 3. Analysis of the effectiveness of micro wind turbine with load simulate the energy needs of the building occupants autonomous in Podzamcze Chęciny. 4. Analysis of the internal microclimate parameters and tightness of the building autonomous in Podzamcze Chęciny.
