No need for external power, or network connectivity, the battery-poweredTTeemmppTTrraakk sensors are easily mounted in any loction, and temperatures are wirelessly transmitted to the TTeemmppTTaakk software which collects and recordsevery temperature like clockwork.

The TTeemmppTTrraakk MMoonniittoorriinngg SSyysstteemm eliminates the time and expense of manual temperature collecting. No longer will you need to visit and record temperatures of walk-in coolers, hot and cold holding units, and other temperature equipment requiring frequent monitoring. The TempTrak remote sensors can be mounted in any location and wirelessly transmit information to the software, collecting and recording every temperature and humidity reading like clock work. Each sensor monitors against preset conditions that are defined by the user and will communicate an alert by a variety of methods including pager or e-mail when a danger zone condition exists.

TempTrak software creates reports on all temperature/humidity information collected through the system. It provides records of corrective actions and monthly performance summaries for easy identification of problem equipment. Data can be stored indefinitely to provide years of history.

Once you have created your form, the program will automatically convert it into a software application to run on the PDA. At the same time it will create several back office reports. NNOO AADDDDIITTIIOONNAALL PPRROOGGRRAAMMMMIINNGG IISS NNEEEEDDEEDD.

The software can handle over 1188 QQuueessttiioonn TTyyppeess, to include multiple choice, yes or no, temperature, date, text, timer, and much more . . . CCoonnddiittiioonnaall CChheecckkss, no problem. CChheecckkiinngg aa tteemmppeerraattuurree - is it the correct temperature? IInntteellllii--PPDDAA will not only know if it is correct, it will know if the temperature is ““ssttaabbllee”” before the probe was removed. Eliminate the possibility of temperatures ““aabboovvee”” or ““bbeellooww”” the specified range. Is the correct answer yes? If the question is answered no, the system will know what should be done. It will provide and record the unique corrective action for each question. Have a question about a question? You can enter ““hheellpp”” for each question. It can explain the correct method for performing that task, where to take the temperature, and how long it should take for a task. Include a picture, no problem.

IInntteellllii--PPDDAA requires a user name and password. This way all collections performed are identified to a user andtime/date stamped. The system will tell when and how long it took to complete a form, and can collect a person’s actu-al signature at the end of a form. Better yet, through the use of bar code location identifiers, you can be assured thatthe person performing the collection was actually in the specified location. In order to get the questions on the PDA forthe specific location, that person must scan the ““llooccaattiioonn bbaarr ccooddee””. Once the location bar code has been scanned, thequestions will appear. The process is continued until the form has been completed.
