Provident Hospital Eye Clinic News The eye clinic at Provident hospital first opened in August of 2014 and has steadily established a large patient base by community outreach including a recent Men’s Health Fair on April 18th. Mike Giovingo, MD and Ramez Haddadin, MD (pic right) were among the many volunteering their time and expertise.
