I want to congratulate each and every member of the team at

Camping In Ontario on the occasion of the association’s golden anniversary. You can be proud of the role you play in representing the

interests of your members, and in strengthening Ontario’s vibrant tourism industry.

I also want to recognize the association’s members for everything

they do to help create jobs and drive local tourism in communities across the province.

As Camping In Ontario represents privately owned small businesses,

I want them to know that our government is firmly committed to removing barriers for our province’s job creators, lowering business costs and sending a clear

message to the world that Ontario is open for business, open for jobs.

WELCOME 50 years ago, a group of dedicated campground owners decided that campground owners needed a common voice to represent them. 50 years later, I am very proud to say that we still represent our industry! This is my last convention as President, and I could not be more proud - we have worked for the past year on this special event. Thank you to each one of you for attending this special celebration. For people attending for the first time, welcome and I hope to see you again next year.

In celebration of our 50th Anniversary, we have put together an amazing agenda, one that we hope has the perfect balance of entertainment, knowledge, and inspiration.
