Attendance Salary and Process
Attendance would have to be sent by Reporting Authorities at Client with remarks of Deduction , leave , loss of Pay.
Attendance would be considered from 16th of previous month to 15th of current month.
Payment would be made for current calendar month (1st t to 31st).
Salaries would be disbursed after payment of invoices from Client
First Salary would be paid vide cheque payment.
Salary from second month would be paid vide electronic transfers.
Exit Management
Informed exits would be going through exit interview .
Excerpts from the exit interview would be maintained for review and improvement in the day to day operations.
Uninformed exits would treated as absconded.
