One of the most significant aspects of our services is PME clientSecure™. Our standard license agreement provides clients with three important business security features to ensure financial protection of Clients, Vendors, and Contractors, treasurySecure™, sourceSecure™, and dataSecure™.

treasurySecure™ Financial protection provided by PME gives clients broad protection and the ability to select the treasury operation procedure most suited to their needs. Within each of the below models, clients have full access to the PME A/P administrator system and, live audit functionality with the ability to view and export the entire A/P data trail.

1. Comprehensive A/P outsourcing Based upon client time approval of vendor resource time entries in the PME system, the client receives a single summary invoice for services rendered. PME is paid and then distributes the appropriate funds to vendors according to the contract terms.

2. Secured A/P outsourcing With this option, a client administered joint bank account is opened in the name of PME, or the MSP, and only active program vendors are listed as possible fund transferees. This provides clients the value and efficiencies of A/P outsourcing, but with full and complete financial governance controls. Additionally, vendor specific weekly limits may be defined to prevent funds from being inappropriately transferred. The PME client may choose to approve the release of vendor payments from this account. This option allows complete financial oversight while still permitting client diversity objectives to be met where a diversity MSP is used.

sourceSecure™ The PME Client license agreement incorporates a provision for Client Source Code escrow access. For clients with active license agreements in place, sourceSecure™ becomes accessible in the event that PME takes actions to dissolve, liquidate or ceases to conduct business. PME promptly provides to the escrow company each new version of the Source Code and it is accessible for a nominal duplication fee by clients with active license agreements.

dataSecure™ With PME dataSecure™, weekly comprehensive data backups of all proprietary client data is automatically transferred and maintained with a third party data storage and archiving company.
