Congress management = 170.000,-For the future: better define what is included in this fee (e.g. onsite hours of core staff; review billing of CPO of the past years)

Sponsor & exhibition management = 10% of all sponsor/exhibition incomeFor the future: negotiate better deal; e.g. 10% for new sponsors and 8% for regular UEGW sponsors; again onsite staff hours and other services which are billed

Registration management = 17,-/22,- per registered personFor the future: review billing of CPO other services; e.g. accounting, huge costs for use of congress online software (we pay licence and a huge amount of working hours)

Other services rendered; no contract, based on UEGW budget; no other offers reviewed so far (core pco status);

For the future: to tell them that we will review all their other services and look at prices and if needed ask for other offers of third parties; ongoing issues with their congress online software!
