Fri.     8.26.11   True  or  false:  It’s  pointless  to  request  an  interview  with  a  company  that  isn’t  hiring.    *After  a  few  people  have  answered  the  poll,  I  will  leave  a  comment:  False!  Requesting  an  informational  interview  with  a  company  is  a  great  way  to  get  your  foot  in  the  door.  It  can  also  help  you  be  top  of  mind  consideration  when  a  position  does  pop  up!
