Local Committee President The Local Committee President (LCP) is in charge of leading toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission and strategy through managing the Local Committee and leading the Executive Board team. His/her job is to pursue the strategic goals and objectives of the organization, by designing and applying good strategies in the committee.
