I. Who does this

This trick specifically finds you experienced network marketers who are currently

looking for a new opportunity. How great is that?!

Even more importantly, this method finds you people who respected their

previous experience in network marketing enough that they’re including it in

their resumes. Of all the people who have joined opportunities, the ones

disenfranchised with the industry usually leave it out of resumes. The ones who

include it have usually found success or saw it as a positive experience, for the

most part.

To be really, really, really frank, the duds would probably not include it on their

resume, because then they would have to explain their failure.

II. HOW DO I DO THIS,Step by step?

STEP 1

First, go to the resume site of your choice. For the sake of having an example to follow along with, let’s choose Jobvertise.

First create a free employer account here: http://www.jobvertise.com/employers/register

As soon as you confirm your email through a link that’s sent to you, you’re ready to roll.

STEP 2

Find a good candidate.

Start a search: http://www.jobvertise.com/resumes/search

For keywords, you’re going to play around with a lot of different ones, but let’s start with “mlm” – so just type mlm into the keyword space (with no quotation marks around it).

HELPFUL TIPS FOR SEARCH

Of course, you should also try different keywords on these sites, like “multi level marketing” or “network marketing” or even search for the names of popular MLMs in your field.

If you want to go even broader, you could search for terms like “commission” or “sales representative” but you’ll be getting a ton of people who might be good at sales, but have never participated in an MLM.

All of these sites will ask you to specify a specific location, but we recommend not doing that. Don’t narrow your search unless it’s absolutely necessary.

On Jobvertise, if you want to be able to contact people who posted their resumes within the last 21 days, you have to pony up some money, but that’s pretty unnecessary, so just keep the free account and scan down for ones posted a little longer ago.

Look at the job titles to decide who to reach out to. Someone who is pitching themselves as a Software Developer probably isn’t the best fit. But – lookie here – there’s someone with the title President.

This could be a hustler. A mover and a shaker. An ambitious gent. His guy’s name is John R. Williams, and let’s roll with him.

STEP 3Now you’re going to send John a message.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom and drop him a line through the contact form. It’s a great idea to have a message already written that you’re just copy/pasting in to this spot. Writing a message on the spot is going to take you forever, and it probably won’t be that great.

So paste in your message – we’ve included a sample one a little further down in this guide – personalize it with John’s name and click SEND RESPONSE TO JOBSEEKER. Voila, well done!

STEP 4

You’ve completed your part for now. In your message is a very clear call to action, so now the ball is in John the President’s court.

If he reaches out to you, then you will set up a firm time for a call. On that call, you’re going to use all the skills and scripts we share with you in Yoobly University to close them and get them excited to work with you.

You’re (of course) going to be snagging their email address right away, so you can load them into the Yoobly Prospector and get them into the automated sales funnel we’ve built for you. That way, if something goes not-so-perfectly on the call and you don’t close them on it, you’ve got a backup system to bring them on board. Not too shabby for a free method, right?!

III.HOW MUCH

The great news is that there are plenty of sites where you can search through

resumes for free. So it really is a free method.

However, the goliath websites – Monster, Indeed and Careerbuilder – do charge,

and it’s a pretty penny. Considering that network marketing is really a numbers

game, you need to cast a wide net and not spend too much time vetting these

possible leads, so Yoobly doesn’t recommend forking out the kind of cash you

need to in order to use those paid sites.

A little further on in the guide, we’ve listed some popular resume sites, and for

any that charge, we’ve included their costs.

CareerBuilder.com – $600 for 2 week subscription

PlacementIndia.com – This is a more niche, but great if you’re specifically looking for overseas people to recruit, but for $80, you can get a month-long subscription and view 6,000 resumes. You can post a job for free on this site to test the waters, if you prefer.
