What is the IMFC?
The Independent Music and Film Conference (IMFC) is a 2-day networking
and showcasing opportunity for over 300 companies and groups from all
aspects of the entertainment industry. It is scheduled for June 16th and 17th,
2018 and will be featured at the spacious Georgia World Congress Center
(GWCC) in Atlanta, GA.
While similar to other well-known events, IMFC offers more affordable pricing,
larger exhibit spaces, and a broader range of exposure opportunities for your
company and brand as this event will be opened to the public. Visitors can

Our “small” booth provides more square footage than similar events at a
very affordable price. All booths are AC powered and provide plenty of
space for your products and staff. Black backdrop curtains and frames are
available at an additional charge.
Premium Booth Size: 20x10 (200 sq. ft.) Price: $1795 / $1095 Early Bird
This large rectangular space which is perfect for companies that need a little

4) Is IMFC open to the public?
Yes! Unlike similar events, IMFC is an opportunity for you to not only interact
with other owners, suppliers, and companies, it is a chance for you to
increase your brand’s visibility to the general public. IMFC Features special
events that spotlight industry professionals, independent films, and artists.
Attendee tickets will be on sale for these events allowing independent artists,
producers, actors, directors, and entertainment fans to connect directly with

5) Is parking available at the event?
Yes! GWCC parking is available for $10 per day.

6) Are amenities available at the event?
Yes! Two food and beverage stations are available off the main floor. Sitting
areas and restrooms are also located in the event hall.
7) Are hotels nearby?
Yes! Several hotels are located within walking distance of the event. In
addition, several hotels offer discounts to IMFC attendees. See the list of

8) Is IMFC near a major airport?
Yes! Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is minutes away
from the event. Best of all GWCC offers an ATL Skytrain leading directly from
the airport to the venue.
9) Are wheelchairs allowed at IMFC?
Yes! GWCC provides manual push wheel chairs for attendees while in the

10) Are children (under the age 18) allowed at the event?
No. IMFC does not allow children or pets on the main floor or in the special

Early Bird pricing. Late Pricing payments must be received by March 31, 2018. Payments are
refundable for cancellation of booth until April 30, 2018. Payments are non-refundable after
April 30, 2018.
Exhibitor Guide/Space Assignment:
The company name will be displayed as written on the Registration Form. IMFC will attempt to
accommodate space assignment requests for Premium and Corporate booths, but reserves
the right to assign booth numbers and locations based on availability.
