    Redemption Mechanism

    Distributor to run the Consumer promotion in their AOBE and offer gifts to retailers per eligibility

    Eligibility

    Distributors in select RAP cities , primary volume based ( DSDW report), select product packs as

    communicated

    Distributor to fill up only one claim form

    Supporting documents required with the Request for Credit note

    Invoice of the gifts procured by the distributor

    Claim form signed/stamped by distributor

    ASM will do a random cold eye audit of 5% of total claims by distributor and retain for audit purpose

    ASM to validate the claim form & supporting for processing the claim

    Claim needs to be sent to FMA within 60 days of closure of promotion.

    Summary of claim to be cross checked with primary sales (DSDW data) by FMA

    Credit Notes to be issued by CS post review and approval from Field Marketing Supervisor, based on

    complete documents received from distributors, supporting the claim

    Terms & Conditions

    The premiums and gifts items given to retailers shall not be substituted with cash/financial

    instruments/credit notes under any circumstances.

    The sales volume considered for consumer promotion will be limited to total primary sales of

    the distributor during the promotion period .i.e. 1st August to 30th September 2013

    This is a distributor led promotion, any disputes arising out of this promotion in the market or

    customers would be distributors responsibility

    Invoice from distributors for the purchase of gifts equivalent to our consumer offer , one

    consolidated declaration from distributors on completion of issuing the gifts to retailers and anannual 5% retail sample audit report by ASMs would be required

    Claims to be sent to EM within 60 days of closure of Promotion

    Offer valid for select distributors, packs and retail customers only

    Backorders will not be considered for promotion claims

    EMLPL reserves the right to withdraw this promotion with or without prior notice
