CDP Diamond Products Warranty Information Construction Diamond Products, warrants all of its diamond tools manufactured by them, against possible defects in material or workmanship for a (1) year period. This warranty does not cover damage arising from improper use or damage caused by operator or customer negligence.

CDP Merchandise Policy Merchandise returned will be at the customer's expense. All diamond products concurred under warranty will be inspected to determine cause of failure. A repair or replacement does not cover damage arising from improper use or damage caused by operator abuse or customer negligence.

Freight Policy

All diamond products are sold F.O.B. shipping point. Damage or

shortages should be noted on freight bill before signing for shipment.
