Technopark spielt eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Organisierung der Innovationsstruktur in Jugra durch verschiedene Unterstützung der innovativen kleinen und Mitelbetriebe. 1. Die Möglichkeit des Spezialausstattungskaufs für Holzparkettproduktion auf dem Territorium des Okrugs, es wäre wünschenswert mit den Warenkreditbedingungen.

2. Die Endproduktionsrealisierung (Sibirienlärcheparkett) auf dem Territorium von Deutschland 3. Die Bildung des gemeinsamen Betriebes für die Produktionsrealisierung auf dem Territorium von Jugra.

Säfteproduktion. Man plannt die Bedingungen und Möglichkeiten des Marktzutritts in Deutschland mit der Produktionstechnologie besprechen. Die Produktion der Wildbeerensäfte (Moosbeere, Preiselbeere). Abstract: A rotor design with adjustable geometry parameters

in dynamics (VGR) providing the diameter change to 30 40%

and blade twist to 280 300 has been developed. Application Areas

Design advantages: Depending on the customer’s desire the design

enables:

1. To increase the tilt-rotor payload approximately 1,5 times;

2. To increase the flight speed 1,6 times;

3. Accordingly to increase the distance or decrease the flight time;

4. For windmills to widen the scale of maximum values of the

efficiency of the mill at various wind velocities and also to provide

the workability of units at those wind velocities (20-30-m/sec)

when the existing mills have to stop. This essentially increases the

volume of the worked out annual energy.

Proposals:

1. To make a contract on the development of designs and

manufacture of the VGR demonstration model for a specific

aircraft;

2. To make a contract on the development of designs and

manufacture of the power station designed for a specific place of

operation and desirable power parameters of consumers.

3. To organize the joint venture on the development and

manufacture of similar designs for various consumers or to hold

negotiations on definition of the optimal juridical forms for

transfer of technologies.

Summary: The method for selection of physical and

mechanical characteristics of the material for the human hip-

joint and technological process of their machining have been

developed taking into account the age and material welfare of a

concrete patient. For underprovided patients of middle-age are

recommended the modification methods of work surfaces of

parts of friction pairs. For example, for the endo-prosthesis of

hip-joint the titanium heads by a cool surface plastic

deformation and subsequent nitriding the result of which is an

optimal combination of mechanical characteristics, adhesive

inertness and accordingly increased stability at moderate price

of operation.

Advantages of the technology: 1. Sufficiently high bio-compatibility;

2. Considerably big hardness of the work surfaces;

3. Less friction coefficient;

4. Much higher corrosion stability;

5. Higher wear resistance;

6. Comparatively low price in comparison with

analogs.

Suggestions: Underprovided and young patients are

recommended the implants produced from pure titanium with

the modified work surface as a more optimal version.
