make themselves your enemy.

• Yet, one monumental truth principle that we need to practice is to love our enemies. Matthew 5:44

• Jesus loved us when we were the enemies of God. Romans 5:8-10

Why Do We Have Enemies?

• Some do this for no cause (reason). Psalm 35:7

• Some hate God’s people. John 15:18

• Because they hate the light that we walk in. John 3:19-20; Ephesians 5:8

• Battle lines are drawn between good and evil. 1 Peter 3:10-11; Ephesians 6:12

Love Wins In The End• Love is on the side of Good, Yahweh’s side!

– As responsible soul’s we will owe it to others to love them and fulfill the law. Romans 13:8

– Because we love we will overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21

– Love’s unchangeable nature is that it endures and NEVER fails! 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8

The Anatomy of Conquering Love

• In battle love does some things:– It suffers long and is kind. 1 Cor. 13:4-8– It rejoices with the truth– It bears all things– It believes all things– It hopes all things– It endures all things– It does not fear but casts out fear! 1 John 4:18

The War Ends On The Judgment Day

• At that time we need battle no longer. God will make all of Christ’s enemies at that time under His feet. 1 Cor. 15:25

• But until then we strive to win souls to God so they can be saved. Matthew 28:19-20; James 5:19-20

• Our battle is a spiritual battle. 2 Cor. 10:3-5

The Love of Christ Compels Us

• While we were still sinners Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

• Knowing that everyone will face the Judgment of God and face the terror of the Lord because of their own sin if they do not obey Him we try to persuade men to follow Jesus. 2 Cor. 5:9-15
