Personalized communication supply chains are complex, multi-faceted processes. However, if you know the specific areas to concentrate on, you can achieve the most efficient and effective programs to lower costs and increase profits!
Factors in theCommunication Supply Chain
REDUCE RISK.Today’s relevant, personalized communications means more confidential information. Robust infrastructure is required to ensure data integrity and compliance (e.g. HIPAA, PHI, PII). All processes should be regularly audited by third parties. After all, a data breach is bad for everyone.
People are busy. Keep it simple and relevant. They’ll thank you and you’ll lower costs!

• Automates & streamlines the production process
• Reduces turn times
• Templates are fast, secure, & easy to change for revisions
• Repurpose content into multiple-channels (hardcopy, email, web, PDF, mobile)

Dear Healthy Families parent or guardian:
A new law in California says that children in the Heathy Families Program must move to Medi-Cal. Starting no sooner than 8/1/13, your child’s health insurance will move from the Healthy Families Program to the Medi-Cal Program.
Your child will continue to have all of the same services during this move. Your child’s coverage will not be interrupted.
Your child’s health plan will change. The health plan that your child belongs to now is not a Medi-Cal health plan. Your child will move to a new Medi-Cal health plan. The new Medi-Cal health plan will provide medical care, and will also provide vision services after the move to Medi-Cal.
Your child will get dental coverage through Denti-Cal, the Medi-Cal dental program. You will soon get more information about Denti-Cal before the move to Medi-Cal.
