The prices above can be booked together with a wedding package based on a minimum of 50 persons. All buffet

packages are set up buffet style either by the poolside (weather permitting) or in Amoa Resorts restaurant. The

venue can cater to a maximum of 100 persons in our restaurant. Or 180 if a marquis is booked for poolside.

Additional tables can be requested for outside and will be priced separately inclusive of tents for shade/wet

weather. Exclusive use of the venue can only be guaranteed when you book all rooms within the resort for your

wedding party. Venue Hire is also included complimentary if you book the whole resort for a minimum of 2 Nights.

We will also decorate the restaurant with tropical wedding theme. Simple floral arrangements will be provided at

each table as well as candles at the bridal table. All other decorations are at the discretion of the guest. Please

note candles to need to be approved to ensure enough fire safety for the guests.

We are NOT able to allow outside food for the size of your wedding.

We serve pre paid waters, juice, soft drinks, and beers in ice-buckets. Bar service is available for cocktails, wines,

champagnes and spirits. Prices are as per our bar menu, drinks packages are available.

Booking Requirements

Wedding packages must be book in conjunction with a minimum 2 night stay including the

night prior to the wedding. For ceremony & catering bookings a non refundable / non

transferable deposit of 50% (plus any additional incidentals) within 30 days of a proposal

being made to avoid rate changes. Full payment due no later than 60 Days prior to your

booking.

For guests booking rooms we must have finalised guest list 14 days prior to check-in.1.

Only food prepared for the function menu can be consumed inside the hotel. Take away is

not permitted unless pre purchased and prepared prior to the event.

Guests may choose to use the hotel string band, or DJ for entertainment and guests may

choose to use their own Ipod playlists. All noise levels must be controlled. We reserve the

right to stop any function should we feel the security of any guest or the hotel is

compromised. Reception can not be earlier than 3pm and set up for a wedding venue or

reception can not begin until 11am on the day unless the resort is booked in full by the

wedding party the night prior. All functions must finish prior to 12am (midnight) and all

music and the serving of alcohol will finish at 11pm.
