Congratulations on reaching your READvolution goal!

To redeem your complimentary Carolina Hurricanes game tickets and purchase additional seats, simply follow the instructions below.

•Log into your READvolution dashboard, click on the link that reads “redeem your code here”, or head directly to the site at: www.CanesGroups.com/READvolution

•You will need to utilize your unique 7-letter unit code also displayed on your dashboard, so write that down now!

Things to know as you get started:

•If you wish to sit together, all redemption codes and additional purchased tickets must be requested in the same transaction.

•All tickets will be digital and can be accessed using a mobile device on game day.

•If you do not have a mobile device available for use, please contact the Carolina Hurricanes Sales department at 1-866-NHL-CANEs(1-866-645-2263) after you have completed your purchase and request that your tickets be

left at Will Call, in advance of game day.

•Click on the game you would like to attend from the available list of eligible games (see the example below where the November 30th game vs. Anaheim Ducks is chosen).

Type in your 7-letter unit code from your dashboard and press the “Validate” button” to unlock your complimentary READvolution tickets.

Select the number of additional seats you wish to purchase (if any) to complete your group.

Now that you have completed your transaction, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you used to create your account.

On game day, using your mobile device, retrieve your game tickets by visiting: www.Hurricanes.com/CAMMobile

Simply log into your account and press the “View” tickets button. (Be sure to use the email associated with your ticket transaction above.

If you are unsure of your password, simply click Forgot Password)

If you have made prior arrangements to have your tickets at Will Call, simply present your photo ID at the PNC Arena Box Office windows to obtain your game tickets.
