It can happen when users creates a confirmation and saves this with errors. Header and items get status "distribution lock" and "contains errors". When the errors are solved, both two status are deleted on both header and items, except for certain items in certain confirmation. Solution The following workaround is available which does only help to solve the error symptoms. This enables pushing the confirmations with a lock. 1. Execute report (see correction instruction) to change the status of confirmations from completed to open. 2. Afterwards change confirmation again to completed and save the document. For the report the following manual steps/corrections are necessary: 1.
