CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Entries close on 8 September 2017 - Please use the official entry form only and these must be sent to the Entries Secretary with the appropriate fee. Withdrawals must be notified to the Secretary to allow those on a waiting list to be fitted into classes. 2. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, amalgamate or alter any class. 3. SPURS – any Pony Club member wishing to wear spurs must carry written consent from their DC. (Unless holding “B” test). 4. This competition is run under Pony Club Eventing Rules 2017. The Organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor whose headgear is not adequately secure when mounted. A riding hat to BS kitemark and CE and either EN 1384: 1996 or PAS 015: 1998, 2010, 2010 or 2011 or BS EN 1384: 1997 with, Snell 2001, AS/NZ 3838 1998 or AZ/NS 3838 2003 must be worn in all phases. All competitors MUST wear a skull cap, i.e. a hat with no peak in the cross country phase. An effective body protector must be worn for Cross Country phase. All riders must wear medical armbands 5. Eliminated competitors may, at the Fence Judge’s discretion, continue on the Cross Country phase providing they give way to other riders. 6. Any objections must be lodged with £20 within 15 minutes of the occurrence. This will only be returned if the objection is upheld. The judges’ decision is final. 7. Ages, where applicable, are taken on 1 st January 2017. 8. No horse or pony should compete more than once. No competitor may ride more than two horses without the express permission of the Entries Secretary. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND GENERAL INFORMATION

For Classes 1 to 5 no entries will be taken on the day.For Class 6 only, if spaces available entries will be taken on the day; please call Secretary beforehand to check availability. Late entries will be an additional £5.

Starting TimesWill be available on Wednesday 13 September after 6.00pm on AHBPC website (http://branches.pcuk.org/atherstone).Please let us know if you wish to withdraw by Friday 8 September as we may have a waiting list. Cheques will be lodged on 8 September; withdrawals on medical/vet grounds only after this date.

RosettesAwarded 1st to 8th place in all classes.The organisers reserve the right to increase/ decrease the number of rosettes awarded in ratio to the entries per section.Rosette for best AHBPC and best dressage in each section (to qualify member must have finished all 3 phases).

Course inspectionThe course will be open for inspection on Friday 15 September from 3.00pm till 6.00 pm.

Number BibsEvery rider will be required to use a BE style number bib. These will be available to hire for a returnable deposit of £10 or purchase for £10. Alternatively if you already own one, then please bring it with you.

Dressage tests may be called for competitors under 10 years of age.
