Preliminary Notes
This Schedule of Condition was prepared by Handheld Systems Ltd, 1 Weaver House, Nantwich, CW5 5GT.
This report is not intended for general use and has specifically been detailed to include the areas considered most
vulnerable from the proposed works. The building owner and advisors should not use this report for any other
purpose. No opening up or removing fixtures and fittings was undertaken. The inspection was undertaken whilst the
property was habited and as such some areas were inaccessible.
The party walls and structural walls in close vicinity to the proposed works have been recorded for the purpose of
this report, as these are the areas considered most likely to be affected by the proposed works.
For the purpose of orientation, all descriptions are given as if facing the element being described.
A full photographic record of the party walls/areas in close vicinity to the works was taken. The photos specifically
relating to this report are included in the photographs section. A disc containing all images has been retained for
future reference.
Defects to particular elements itemised. If a photograph is associated with the defect these are referenced with 'Fig'
number and displayed in the photographs section.
