Concrete Form Structures (Pty) Ltd was established in 2015 and is one of the well-known sub -

contractors in the market for the provision of specialised concrete formwork structures in the construction

industry operating in Cape Town and surrounding areas. Concrete Form Structures (Pty) Ltd was

founded by Mr. Boetie Lawens with 20 years of experience in the trade of formwork and also an

experienced steel fixer. From humble beginnings, this Concrete Formwork Company previously traded as

B. L. Construction is starting to see rapid growth this age of time to become one of the preferred

companies in the “supply and fix” of all types of formworks.

Concrete Form Structures (Pty) Ltd is a Concrete Formwork Construction company in Strand, Cape Town, specializing in the following construction services:

Suspension in-situ concrete slab, this include off shutter finishes.

Concrete beams and columns.

Concrete walls.

Concrete staircases.

We also supply and install the rib & block concrete decking system.

We supply and erect all formwork and scaffolding needed for each project or we can work on a labor rate is where applicable.

Our Team:

Mr. Lawens as the Director, heads a very professional and competent team which is responsible for the day to day running of the company’s daily`s activities and ensuring a professional delivery of services to all our clients. He also leads a well trained and experienced workforce that consists of high skilled to semi-skilled employees whom strives to deliver excellence on every project.

The owner Boetie Lawens as Director and the shareholders, Elana Mashlatsi and Annaline Lawens. Apart

for having 19 years experience in the building and construction industry. He also was an independent

formwork contractor for 15 years and doing numerous projects on high rising buildings, commercial and

luxury residential projects in and around Cape Town.
