• The Rockmaster delivers outstanding long term value for money by virtue of its reliability, toughness, ease of use, durability and pumping power.

B50 Concrete Pump on Tracks
Antec ‘s customised Reed B50 Concrete Pump with tracks is ideal for use on both rough and large sites. The B50 Concrete Pump was fitted with tracks and electrics that enable it to be self-propelled. The advantage is that the pump can drag the concrete hoses with it, removing labour required and increasing productivity. The heavy duty tracks enable the pump to traverse rough terrain when relocating from part of the site to the other. Easy to maneuver, the B50 on tracks can turn around on its own length with no effort and can walk from one location to another with the piling rig, whilst still hooked up to the rig. Combined with the high strength frame standard on all Reed concrete pumps, the customised Reed B50 Concrete Pump on tracks provides the ideal solution for construction and maintenance works. The B50 on tracks was developed specifically for MGI Piling.

B50 Hybrid Concrete Mixer & Pump Hydraulic & air operated pump for mixing, pumping & shotcreting underground
• The B50 Hybrid is a combined mixing and concrete pumping unit that has been specifically designed for use in underground applications.
• Traditional concreting in underground areas required the use of a wet pre-mix material however issues with quality and product use by dates can affect the finished result.
• The design of the B50 Hybrid pump ensures the quality control of material with wet application using bulk dry material that can be delivered, stored and used as required.
• The result is low dust due to wet application and improved quality and reliability.
• The B50 Hybrid uses hydraulic power from a coal tram or Eimco unit to power the mixer and pump (minimum hydraulic power required 180 litres / min at 2,000 psi).
• Offers increased productivity of 5 tonne per hour vs. 0.8 tonne per hour for dry shotcrete, thereby reducing labour costs and increasing re-entry to mine areas.
• Hydraulic power means no electrical issues for environments where intrinsically safe power is required.

ChemGrout CG-542 Rock Bolt & Cable Grouter • Low profile, compact design is ideal for the grouting of rock bolts and cable stays in mines and
tunnels. • Twin 83 litre mix tanks, large holding hopper and centrally located controls allow a single operator
continuous operation. • Special low profile design allows for easy movement and use in tight spaces such as mines and

How it works 1. Material is gravity-fed from the hopper to empty

• Clever & Co Dry Shotcrete machines have an intelligent SBS control chamber system that allows the user to easily and reliably produce top quality shotcrete even in the toughest of conditions.

HOW IT WORKS • The pocket wheel turning at the base of the feed chamber transports the shotcrete material
waiting in the feed chamber with 18 or 24 pockets. • The pocket wheel speed is fully variable in order to determine the conveying capacity. • The compressed air flowing into the feed chamber is deflected 180o in the discharge section to
the delivery line. • The air flow is charged with the shotcrete material conveyed by the pockets of the pocket wheel. • Storage of the shotcrete material in the feed chamber, balanced pressure conditions and the

HOW IT WORKS • The mixing water provided by a PAN-DA high-pressure pump is conveyed through a high-pressure
pipe to the nozzle at pressures of up to 100 bar. • The mixing cylinder is equipped with a special mixing pipe with a precisely calculated number of
drilled micro holes arranged in succession on altogether 4 levels. • Forcing the water through the holes, results in a small meshed water grid flowing at high speed. • The flow of material now meets the water grid at right angles. • At the moment of impact, the two flows arriving at almost the same speed generate considerable

Protected Pressure Gauge In-line mounting accurately measures grout discharge pressure. Gauge is equipped with quick disconnect fittings that easily snaps into grout line and is protected from grout contamination by a diaphragm seal. Available for 1” and 1 ¼” sizes (larger upon request) and various discharge pressures.
High Pressure Gauge Accurately measures the grout pump discharge pressure. Available for 1” and 1 ¼” hose sizes and various discharge pressures. Equipped with hose couplings to easily snap into the grout line. The gauge is protected from grout contamination by a diaphragm seal. 1” locking stainless steel camlocks. Ranges 0-1500, 0-2000, 0-3000psi.
Inline Protected Pressure Gauge Non-clogging pressure sensor protects instrumentation and ensures accurate, pressure measurements. A full 360 degree circumferential diaphragm isolates the instrumentation from process material, thus preventing clogging and can be flushed clean without removal or disassembly. The Protected Gauge Assembly includes 1” or 1 ¼” camlock fittings (larger upon request) and is available for all ChemGrout equipment with working pressures of up to 1000 psi.

Standard Grout Header Grout header controls pressure of circulating injection systems. Consists of one diaphragm type throttling valve, one standard protected gauge and shut-off valve. PACKERS
Drive Packer Designed for easy insertion and removal for 1” injection holes commonly used in slab jacking and void filling. Comes complete with hose couplings, reinforced drive head and shut-off valve. Available in both 1” and 1 1/14” hose fittings.
Mechanical Surface Packer Comes complete with shut-off valve, spinner, expandable rubber end and quick disconnect fitting. Packers are available for hole sizes of 1 ½” to 6” diameter with a standard length of one foot. Longer lengths of up to 10 feet are available upon request.
Inflatable Grout Packers Inflatable packers are available in diameter sizes of 1-2”, 2-3”, 3-6”, 4-7” and 5-8”. Standard lengths are 15”, 30”, up to 60” or more. A sliding head design can double in size from their run-in diameter furnishing a longer seal than that of a mechanical packer. Integral tube scrapers remove excess grout adhered to the outside of the centre tube and work each time the packer is deflated.

Double Bubble Nozzle
The Double Bubble Nozzle is our most popular nozzle assembly. The double chamber inside the nozzle tip is designed to provide additional hydration of the sprayed material.
Variable lengths of extension hose can be used between the water-body and the nozzle tip to allow for further hydration of the material prior to it exiting the assembly.

PUMP • Rotary gear, positive displacement flow • Maximum discharge pressure: 100 PSI • Maximum suction lift: 6.1 metres (20ft) • Operating temperature range: -40C to 2040C • Adjustable discharge pressure relief • Pipe size: 1.9cm (¾ inch)
The by-pass valve is used to regulate and relieve discharge pressure. To increase pressure, loosen locknut and turn by-pass adjusting screw clockwise (factory set at 50PSI).
DRIVE • The Reed 4025 water pump is air motor driven and equipped with an air filter, air regulator and air
lubricator. • Maximum recommended operating pressure (air) is 100 PSI. • Air lubricator: use S.A.E. No. 10 detergent motor oil, one drop every 15 to 30 seconds. Capacity: Water 150C

• The K80E series of respirators function by means of a slight over pressure which is created inside the helmet by a flow of filtered air.
