Water in nal as is !lowing towards East and North East direction and finally joining to our Natural Pond. After fill ing the Pond, the excess water is going to Klishna river through a natural nala connected to our Pond and river.

In last six months, we have taken-up the total renovation of Pond using our own vehicles and manpower. We have removed the tout! silt deposited in the pond and used for our plantation areas in plant and colony area. In addition, we have strengthen the Pond Bund to water avoid leakage.

After completion of renovation. last month we have received nearly 22 ems rain in our Plant area. Tluough natural drainage system, total rain water was collected in the Pond and single drop of water not gone beyond our area. Below pictures shows the present condition of Pond

Continuation of Pre - Primary School in Muktyala

As part of The KCP Limited CSR initiati'les, under objective of promoting formal, quality education to the children KCP running English medium Preprlmary School in SRVRGKMPM school for LKG UKG children of Muktyala village.

The primary purpose of this program is to improve the quali ty primary and high school education through student and teacher motivation, as quality of education lays the required foundation for the future. And build need-based infrastructure in Sri Raja Vasireddy R~ma Gopala Krishna Maheshwara Prasad Memorial (SRVRGKMPM) School, Muktyala. In this process we are continuing to run Pre - Primary English medium school (LKG & UKG) in SRVRGKMPM school premises with 100% KCP funding.

For improving quality education and academic standards in Preprimary school we encouraged pre-primary teachers for preparing TLM's with their own ideas. Students of Pre-Primary should feel as home at school and they should be made to learn and play at the same t ime. Teaching through activit ies, play materials and pictorials creates more interest to the children for easy understanding. And children can express themselves freely and fearlessly. Such learning will build a strong foundation of a child' academic side. Keeping In this view we encouraged our teachers for preparing TLM's on their own and same has been displayed on 27'" January 2020 and 29"' February 2020 on Parent teacher

As part of The KCP Limited CSR initiatives, under objective of promoting formal, quality education to the children KCP successfully organized Merit scholar ship distribution program in SRVRGKMPM School, Muktyala on 27'" January, 2020 (Monday).

Main aim of this program is to encourage meri torious students and their parents of Govt . School, Muktyala to contin~e their education up to college. In this process The KCP Limited, Cement unit - II, Muktyala provided Rs. 10,000/­worth bank fixed deposit bonds in the name of child from LKG to Class 10'" of SRVRGKMPM School, Muktyala who secured class 1" in academic year 2018-19 f inal exams. A total 13 children (Girls- 9 and boys- 4) were benefited through this scholarship program. After 5 years (Maturity date) each child will get Rs. 14,499/-

Sri.V. Madhusudana Rao, Vice president - operations, KCP cement Unit -11, Muktyala attended as a Chief Guest for the program and he has delivered motivational speech to the students, Teachers & Parents. Under the guidance of Hon'ble Managing Director Smt. Dr. V.l.lndira Outt, we organized 4 sessions of Career guidance, Study Skills and Life skill improvement program for Class 8'", 9'" and 10'" students of SRVRGKMP Memorial Z.P High School, Muktyala on 30'" October 2019 & 16'" December 2019. Under objective 3, to promote formal, quality education to the children.

During program inauguration Sri. Madhusudhana Rao, Vice president, KCP cement Unit -11, Muktyala attended as a Chief Guest for the program. He explained to the students how career guidance, study skills & Life skill are important for Class 8"', 911"& 10'" students for achieving their personal goals etc. In continuation to that Sri. G.S. Srinivas, Head - HR&S gave his motivational I encouragement speech to the students regarding program. School teachers and village elders have appreciated the init iatives taken by the KCP Management for Muktyala school children career and Knowledge improvement.

Mr. Ravi Bhargava, founder Chairman for Bezawada Insti tute for Learning Development (BILO), State Secretary for Andhra Psychological Association & Child Psychologist has taken two tra ining session out of four sessions.

In his four sessions, Mr. Ravi Bhal]lava covered comprehensive academic career enrichment program for school children. During his program the emphasis was focused on holistic development of the children.

Muktvala School Received CII National award of " IGBC Green Your School - 2019 program"

SRVRGKMPM School, Muktyala received National award of "IGBC - Green Your School Program 2019", Under category of 'Innovation' Muktyala school children presented their innovative ideas in front of Jury at Hyderabad on 27'" September 2019. On 28"' September 2019 all India level, Muktyala school selected as one of the top three schools, out of 785 schools. Tamilanadu & Gujrat Government schools secured second and third places. Mr. Vemula Prashant Reddy Minister of Transport, Telangana State honoured Muktyala school Head master and school children with Trophy, Certi ficates.

For implementation of innovative ideas IGBC, United way of Delhi & Career representatives visited SRVRGKMPM School, Muktyala on 3'6 December 2019 and handed over Rs. 4 Lacks cheque to school Head Master. This Health camp was organized as Health mela which Includes Specialized Health Checkups, Health awareness program (Health talk's by experts - Eye specialist & Cardiologist), stalls from Anu Hospitals, LEPRA Society (Displayed BCC material) created awareness on HJV/ AIDS, Filaria and Leprosy etc., Integrated Child Development Society (!CDS) department created awareness on low cost Homemade Nutritious Food preparation and various !CDS services etc. (Prepared displayed verities of Low­Cost Homemade Nutritious Food).

As part of The KCP Limited CSR initiatives, under objective of Promotion of Health care, with support of KCP- OHC Doctor, on 21" march 2020 organized Corona awareness program In Muktyala training center. In this program Dr. Madhusudhana Rao explained about worldwide current situation, Indian situation, Corona preventive measures, Symptoms etc. in this program along with our doctor Muktyala Village ANM and Asha workers and VIllage women actively participated.

As a part of Smart village development in FY 2019 -20 we were continuing Swachh Bharat program in Muktyala village. The primary purpose of this project is to keep Muktyala village clean and Green.

With support of three cycle rickshaws, six members team we are collecting Dry and wet garbage from Muktyala village and dumping at designated place on daily basis. More than 860 families from Muktyala village is benefitting from this program

KCP Safe Drinking water Program

As a part of Smart village development in FY 2019 -20 we are continuing to supplying RO water to Muktyala vi llage people. The primary purpose of this program is to provide access to sate drinking water to rural communities, they're by reducing waterborne diseoses and their resultant effects. Through this program 1000 - 1200 people benefiting every day.

In the eve of Maha Shivaratri festival we arranged RO drinking water counters and distributed drinking water to the pilgrims and other visitors round the clock for 3 days.

Construction of Ladies Dress Changing R.ooms in Muktyala

Under the guidance of Hon'ble Managing Director Smt. Dr. V.L. Indira Dutt, as a part of CSR initiatives, under the objective of Rural Infrastructure development and emergency responses in the month of February 2020 we constructed four no's of ladies dress changing rooms near Krishna river bank for women those who come for · sacred bath In the holy river Krishna.

Audult literacy Program for Women

Under the guidance of Hon'ble Managing Director Smt. Dr. V.L.Indira Dutt As part of the CSR initiatives, under objective of Women Empowerment, On 19'" March 2020 we initiated adults Literacy I education program for Muktyala. Main aim of this program is to improve literacy levels of women thus leads to reduce gender dispari ties.

With support of Muktyala Pre- Primaf)l school teachers we started this program 19'" March 2020 onwards from morning 11:00 am to 12:30 PM (Dally one and half hour) total 23 women were benefitting through this program. Out of total strength we divided in to two groups ie., Complete Illiterates (who don't know Telegu alphabets) and 2•• group who knows basic knowledge In Telegu and want to improve basic knowledge in English alphabets and small words etc.

• Distribution of shoes and books at ZPH High school, Muktyala - Rs 70,000.

• Renovation of ZPH High school at Muktyala (construction of compound

wall, toilets, flooring and painting works) - Rs 12.5 lakhs

• Renovation ( construction of toilets& water facilities) of Govt. High School at Gandrai village - 2.5 lakhs

• Providing transport facility for Muktyala village school children, to and fro

from Muktyala village to Jaggaiahpet town - monthly expenditure is Rs

30,000/-

• Donations for Muktyala villagers on the occasion of festivals like Vinayaka

Chavithi, Dashera, Moharam and Christmas. Rs &7,000/-

• Donation and campaign expenditure towards LEPRA Organization and
