MR-R3 Single-Grip Packers

The MR-R3 Single-Grip Packer is a retrievable, compression-set, casing packer that is used mostly in production, stimulation and testing operations where bottom hole pressures are low.

TPL Large Bore Tubing Packers

The TP-1 Tension Packer is a compact, economical, retrievable packer used when there is insufficient weight to operate compression packers. It is mostly used in waterflood applications, but is also utilized for production and treating.

Model G Setdown Packers

The Model G Setdown Packer is a compact, economical, retrievable packer that is used in production, stimulation, and testing operations.

TP-1 Tension Packers

The TPL Large Bore Tubing Packer is a retrievable, tension-set packer that is best suited for low pressure applications where tubing weight is too light to set compression packers. Applications include waterflood, production, and treating operations.

The MR-R3 Double-Grip Packer is a retrievable, hookwall, double-grip, compression-set casing packer that is used in production, stimulation, and testing operations.

Features:Differential lock helps keep the bypass closed and locked to the mandrel during high pressure options

Automatically relatches the packer when it is moved up the hole

Long stroke mandrel simplifies circulating or spotting fluids without seating the packer

Hydraulic button hold-down located below the bypass valve for situations where there is a pressure differential from below the packer

Large effective bypass allows speedy equalization of fluids while running or retrieving

LS-A2 Mech-Lock Packer

The LS-A2 Mech-Lock Packer is a general purpose, mechanical-set, double-grip tool that holds pressure from above or below while allowing the tubing to be left in tension, compression, or neutral condition. It is used in production, injection, and zone isolation operations that allow right hand rotation with upstrain to release the packer. The LS-A2 Mech-Lock Packer is also used above a retainer production packer or below a compression packer or tandem tension packer.

Features:Internal bypass for running and retrieving

Opposed dovetail slips for positive set

Holds pressure from above or below

Permits landing of tubing in tension, compression or neutral condition

Right hand rotation sets and releases the packer

Retracted dovetail slips eliminate damage to the teeth before reaching setting depth

OF-01 On-Off Tools

The OF-01 On-Off Tool is a specially designed, two-piece, quick release connector that is comprised of a seal nipple with an internal landing profile for a wireline plug and a J-type running overshot. It is used for treating, testing, completion, production, and remedial operations where a quick release connection between the tubing string and the packer is desirable. The OF-01 On-Off Tool may also be used for zone isolation with a packer that does not require compression or tension to maintain its seal.

Features:Unique design economizes repairs, minimizes possibility of leakage

Seal nipple accepts various plugs, valves, chokes, and regulators

Tubing can be removed without unseating a retrievable packer

Bridge Plug

CR-K1 Cement Retainer

The CR-K1 Cement Retainer is a reliable, high-pressure cement retainer that is quickly and easily drilled with rotary tools. It is used for deep, hot, high-risk, prolonged, or complicated squeeze cement jobs. The CR-K1 Cement Retainer is available in either mechanical or wireline set.

C-1 Full Bore Retrievable Cementer

C-1 Full Bore Retrievable Cementers are full-opening, retrievable, high-pressure, tension-set squeeze packers that are used in high-pressure treating, testing, fracturing, and cementing operations.

ST Mechanical Setting Tools

The compact, economical ST Mechanical Setting Tool is designed for setting cement retainers and bridge plugs on tubing.

US Full Bore Unloader Subs

Designed for use with the C-1 Full Bore Cementer, the US Full Bore Unloader Sub is a tubing operated, full opening, circulating and unloading sub. It equalizes the pressure between the tubing and the annulus and is used in spotting cement, acid, and other fluids.

BV-K Ball Valve

The BV-K Ball Valve is designed to be used as a lower kelly valve. The valve functions as a mud saver and inside blowout preventer. The inner diameter is clear of any obstacles allowing well tools to be run through the valve. The Ball Valve will pass through the blowout preventer without interfering with normal operating procedures.

Features:Constructed of a special grade of alloy steel

Internal parts are constructed of non-corrosive stainless steel

Maintenance:Daily maintenance of the Ball Valve should include operating the valve stem to insure smooth operation. The pipe plug should also be removed and the grease fitting installed so that the valve can be lubricated daily. When the grease fitting is removed and the pipe plug reinstalled, the pipe plug should be wrapped with Teflon tape prior to installation.

AC Tubing Anchor Catchers

The AC Tubing Anchor Catcher is a simple, reliable tool which acts as a tubing anchor to maintain tension in the tubing string during the pump cycle. It also functions as a tubing catcher to prevent parted pipe from falling to the bottom of the well.
