How You Promote Starting at Premier – To Promote to Prestigious you need: Prestigious – 3 Premier members, 1 first level, $1000 volume in three months ($100 PV and no more than 50% from one leg) To Promote to Platinum you need: Platinum – 6 Premier members, 2 first level $5000 in volume in one month ($100 PV and no more than 50% from one leg) To Promote to Professional you need: Professional – 15 Premier members, 5 first level, $25,000 in volume in one month ($150 PV and no more than 50% from one leg) To Promote to Presidential you need: Presidential – 30 Premier members, 10 first level, $50,000 in volume in one month ($200 PV and no more than 50% from one leg) Preferred Builder- A Preferred Builder can promote to Premier by personally sponsoring 6 Preferred or 3 Premier Builders and $300 volume in one month.

Residual Income You can earn up to 15% on your own personal volume. As your volume increases, your commission increases based on the following scale Personal Volume: $50.00 to $500.00 in PV = 5 % residual $501.00 to $1,500.00 in PV = 7 % residual $1,501.00 to $,3000.00 in PV = 9 % residual $3,001.00 to $5,000.00 in PV =12 % residual $5,001.00 plus in PV = 15% in residual

Team Commissions (6 levels) You can earn up to 6% residual income on team activity Group Volume: $50.00 to $2,000.00 in GV = 2 % $2,001.00 to $6,000.00 in GV = 3% $,6001.00 to $15,000.00 in GV = 4% $15,001.00 to $30,000.00 in GV =5% $30,001.00 plus in GV = 6%

General Policies and Terms Return Policy – Winsome is devoted to providing the finest skin care products available anywhere. We’re so convinced our products will make a difference you can actually see and feel, that if any product doesn’t meet your expectations, return the product within 30 days for a credit or exchange. Shipping not included. Any commission paid on products that were returned will be deducted from the distributor’s commission on the following month. No Auto Order – We do not require an auto order from reps. In order to qualify for commissions and bonuses the rep needs to maintain an active website. To remain in ‘active’ status you will need to have a PV of $100 over a 3 month period. Remain Bonus Qualified – You must meet your ranks PV requirement and team member requirements. Personal Volume (PV) – This is your personal purchase and any customer purchase.

General Policies and Terms Bonus Check Run – Each week bonuses are calculated for each reps activity based on activity from Sunday to Saturday, Midnight Pacific Standard Time. Reports are generated and bonuses paid on Wednesday of the following week. Commission Run - Each month on the last calendar day of the month at Midnight, Pacific Standard Time the month closes. Reports are generated to calculate each reps residual income. Payment of residual income will be made on the 10th of each month. Independent Distributors – Distributors are those who purchase a business pack containing product and sales aids and who intend to sell product to, and actively enroll, other independent distributors and/or retail customers. Distributors participate in the Compensation Plan. Retail Package - This package can be purchased without product and is best for someone who is interested in retailing the product. No bonuses are paid as there is no product in this package.

General Policies and Terms Retail Customer – Retail customers purchase product for individual consumption on a one-time or sporadic basis at the suggested retail price. Retail customers do not sponsor new independent distributors, sign up new customers, and participate in the recurring subscription program or in the compensation plan. They do, however, receive the unique benefits of our products, as well as product information in their orders. Preferred Customer - Preferred customers purchase products at the wholesale price from a Winsome distributor on a regular basis for personal consumption, without the intent to resell. Preferred Customers may participate in the Preferred Customer Referral Program to receive discounts on their orders.
