2.1 Overall Theme Thesystemhasbeen reskinnedwith acontemporarycolorpalette featuring neutral backgroundsand fontcolors,increasingusabilitybyhighlightingactionitemswith consistentcolors.Thelayouthasbeenupdatedtooptimizespaceforimprovedreadabilityacrosspages,tables,andothercontentsegmentswithintheapplication.

2.3 Layout for Recent Documents and Documents Awaiting Action Previously,thelines ofinformation intheRecentAuthorizations,RecentVouchers,andDocumentsAwaitingAction sectionswerestretchedoutacross thepagein asingleline,expanding the page horizontallyandsometimesnecessitatingthattheuserscrollhorizontally.

Now,informationhasbeencondensed into areadableline bycondensing the Name and TA Number fieldsintoastackedsingle columnandmoving Type, Location(s),and PNR fieldsintoaconvenientAdditionalDetailsection.Insteadof scrollinghorizontally, clickthe View linkfrom the AdditionalDetail columnforanygiven trip.

3 Navigation Changes

Thenavigationbaratthe topofthescreenhasbeenreorganizedsothatthemost‐usedtabsare alsothe most accessible,whilenavigation outsideof the travelworkflowhasbeenmovedtotheright sideofthe screen.

3.1 Home Tab Previously,the Hometab wasthe first tab inthe navigation bar.

4 Button and Link Updates

Severalupdateshave been madeso thatbuttons andlinksconsistentlyhighlightactionsthatuserscan take on apage(to reduceunintentionalabandonment oftasks).

Call‐to‐actionbuttonsarehighlightedinorange. Secondaryactionbuttonsarehighlightedinblue. Linksreplace buttonsfor actionsthat taketheuser outsideof his/herexpectedworkflow.

Belowaresomeexamplesofthechangesasseeninanauthorization.

4.1 Button Consolidation InCGE,the topright cornerof the documentshowedvariousactionsthat theuser could take.Now, in ConcurGov,thebuttonsatthetopof thedocument have beenconsolidatedintoasingle Document Actions drop‐downlist.Call‐to‐actionbuttonssuchasthis onearestyledinorange to make them moreprominentandtohelpguidethe user toward the expected pathofthecurrentworkflow.Linkshavereplacedbuttonsforactionsthat taketheuseroutsideofthe currentor expectedworkflow,asseen inthe Close button’s conversion to a Close Document link.

4.2 Button Color Change InCGE,the buttonswithina document were gray andcloseincolortothat of the documentbackground. InConcurGov,these buttonsare blue.Somebuttonsthat are outsideofthenormal orexpectedworkflow have been replacedand repositionedaslinks.

7 Travel Updates

Thischapterdescribessearching for travel andsearchresults.

7.1 Searching for Travel Littlehaschangedon the TravelHome page outsideofthe generalreskinning; however, there are a coupleofitemsinthe Travel Search boxthat look slightlydifferent.Changes are asfollows:

The tab names have been transitionedtostandardicons,alsoseeninthetablebelow.

The Round Trip, One‐Way,and Multi‐Segment radiobuttons have become selectable, shaded fields.

Find Location has becomethe Search icon.

Departure and Arrival City are nowlabeled From and To.

Departure and Return arenow labeled Outbound and Return.

The search filtershavebeenreorganizedandthe abilitytosearch by Price or Schedule has been movedfromradiobuttonselectiontoadrop‐downlistselection.

7.4 Review and Reserve The new ReviewandReserve screendisplaysafterselecting eachreservation.Thisscreen allowsuserstoreview variousaspectsofthereservationandchoosea method ofpayment (ifapplicable)beforeclicking Reserve [Reservation] and Continue.Userswillalsonow enter theirrewardsprogram numbers,if applicable,onthisscreenrather thanonthesearchresultsscreen.

The Review andReserve screenhelpsensurethat userscheckthe detailsoftheirselectionsbeforereservingtoreduceincorrectbookings.

8 Document Updates

In additionto the updates illustratedinthe “Buttonsand Links Updates”and the“GeneralIcon Updates” sections,therehave been some generalusabilitychangesto documents.

8.1 Navigation Back and Next buttonshave moved fromthe upper andlowerrightcornerof the documenttotheleft and right,top and bottom.The Back buttonhasbecomea Previous link.Any page action buttons(such as Save, etc.)have movedto thecentertop and bottomof the page.

8.2 General Tab – Expand and Collapse Panels UndertheGeneraltab, expandandcollapsepanels have been updated.

The Summarytabhasalwayshadaccordiontabs,whichallowed sectionsto be minimized bytheuserif theydidnot wantto see theinformationcontainedwithin.The iconsfor these panelshave switchedfromanarrowshowingwhethertheaccordionisopenorclosedtoan arrowshowingwhethertheuserwouldliketoopenorclosethedocument.Insteadofclickingadown arrowtoclosethepanel,younowclick anuparrow,showingthatyou’dlike topullthepanelup.Instead ofclickingaright arrowtoexpandthepanel,younowclickadownarrow,showingthat you’d like to pushthe paneldownandopentheinformation.Thisisalsotrueoftheexpandandcollapseicons fortheTravel SearchFilters.
