Troloppe is a leading multi-disciplinary property services
company, privately held and incorporated in Nigeria. We
provide bespoke solutions across a range of real estate services
to owners, occupiers and investors. Over the years we have
expanded our services based on core strengths, unrivalled local
expertise, and extensive local and international network.

K U N L E O S I L A J ANon-Executive Director
Kunle has over 25 years experience in International Real Estate. He was Chair of Lead Directors forJones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance UK. His experience includes a wide variety of real estatetransactions - asset sales, structured loan financing, equity raising and advisory for indirectinvestment vehicles and joint ventures, development and acquisition financing. He served asEuropean Director, Head Debt & Structured Finance at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance from2002 to 2012.

Dapo is a seasoned accountant with over 30 years of professional experience. He graduated inAccounting from the University of Lagos in 1985, starting his career as a banker with NigeriaInternational Bank (Now Citibank Nigeria) in 1986 and later moved to Chartered Bank (Now StanbicIBTC) as a pioneering member of their team. He left Commercial Banking in 1994 as Deputy GeneralManager of Commercial Trust Bank, to start Worthwhile Ventures, owners of Locks n Switches.

Leye is the founder and Chief Executive Officer, and has been responsible for steering the businessinto its current position from inception to date as well as signing major strategic International andlocal partnerships. Prior to setting up Troloppe, he worked in financial advisory with StandardChartered Bank and First Bank of Nigeria. He worked with Shonny Investments & Properties as Headof Strategy and Business Development. He holds a Masters in International Business from WebsterGraduate School, UK and a Bachelors in Law and Marketing from the University of the West ofEngland, Bristol. He also sits on the board of Cranium One and the Aart of Life Foundation.

J O N A T H A N M I L L A R DDirector, Advisory
Jonathan is a Canadian national with 10 years’ experience in East and West Africa. He served in anadvisory roles on projects in sectors including telecoms, real estate, oil and gas, transportationinfrastructure, and urban planning. He spent 5 years with McCabe and Partners a boutique corporatefinance and strategy consulting firm, founded in 2006 by former McKinsey & Company consultantsthat focuses exclusively on advising clients in sub-Saharan Africa. Jonathan is also a Director of RealEstate for LBH Limited, advising on real estate holdings in excess of $50m US in Lagos and Abuja.Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Ottawa’s Arthur KroegerCollege and an Msc from the University of Oxford.

Manager, Research
Wale is a passionate real estate professional with over 5 years experience in the real estate industryacross investment appraisal, valuation, facilities management and market research. He joined Troloppe in2015 as an Associate in the Research, where his responsibility includes research and analysis as well asinvestment appraisal. Prior to joining Troloppe, he worked with J. Ajayi Patunola & Co as a ResearchAnalyst and Valuation Executive responsible for providing professional value opinion and investmentappraisal of different asset classes. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management from ObafemiAwolowo University, Ile-Ife and is also a qualified Facilities Management Professional.

Non-Executive Director
Adenekan started his career at Jones Lang LaSalle & LaSalle Investment Management, where he qualifiedas a chartered surveyor, Adenekan undertook valuations for secured lending purposes in excess of £500million; and worked in fund / investment management where he actively managed insurance companyand pension fund property portfolios in excess of £1.5 billion. Adenekan moved to Ernst & Young in theReal Estate Corporate Finance Group where he was involved in raising debt and equity for real estatetransactions.
Following Ernst & Young, he joined ABN AMRO at the start of 2006 in the Structured Real Estate Capitalteam, where he originated, structured and executed transactions in excess of €2 billion for a wide range ofclients. Adenekan; has a first class B.Sc (Hons) first degree from Kingston University; and an MBA fromINSEAD where he was class valedictorian. He is currently Principal at Frisia Partners.

Chief Operating Officer
Uchenna started her career at Global Management Consultants in Dubai. As Chief Operating Officer for
Troloppe Property Services, she covers a range of activities across, brokerage, research, advisory and data
analysis to enable strategic decision making for investors, clients and stakeholders within the firm. She
holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Murdoch University.
As in every modern-day business, our people act as one through five distinct teams.

Working in a data-weak environment, it is critical that methodology captures the full picture, fills holes in data compared to more Mature markets.
Our research team produces high quality research on real estate investment
performance and market fundamentals that assist to elevate the quality of
real estate decision making. On an ongoing basis, our team conduct detailed
field surveys across the commercial and residential Markets gathering
information on key industry statistics such as: occupancy rates, rental and
sales values, lease terms, supply and demand statistics.
Working in a data-weak environment, it is critical that methodology captures
the full picture, fills holes in data compared to more Mature markets.
Troloppe’s methodology for research therefore is rooted in directly collecting
our own data in ‘door-in-door’ assessments using our 50 point data
collection system with 90% accuracy which we triangulate with actual
transaction data and high level interviews with Key industry executives.
Through this methodology, we have one of the largest, most complete and
accurate database in Nigeria. Our Database consists of tens of thousands of
properties each with a unique code and a property profile for each
investment property.
