company by ACHMAD & ASSOCIATES

Environmental Consultants group, was founded in

1997 by the Director, Achmad Supi’i. Since that

time, the consultancy has grown by successfully

providing expert scientific services in the areas of

ecology and environmental management to a wide

range of clients.

The consulting group comprises of an integrated

team of environmental scientists, incorporating

specialists in botany, zoology, bush regeneration,

Geographical Information Systems (GIS),

environmental legislation, mapping, economic

aspect and sociology. The collective expertise of

this established team is exceptionally well suited to

the provision of environmental services for

planning and environmental management project

Our company philosophy recognises the need for

accurate and appropriate information about

natural resources and social conditions to enable

informed decisions to be made and to allow

planning for effective resource management and

conservation. We have extensive experience in

providing appropriate and justifiable

recommendations for Environmental Impact

Assessment (EIA) throughout Indonesia.

Based in Surabaya, the capital of East Java Region in the middle of Indonesia

archipelago, we have a strategic position to provide services all around Indonesia from

Sumatera island to Papua. By middle of 2012, we have some branch offices in Sorong-West

Papua, Bali, and Jakarta. Next step, we have goal to provide services abroad, especially

Southeast Asia region.

Is an assessment of the possible

positive or negative impact that a proposed

project may have on the environment,

together consisting of the environmental,

social and economic aspects.

In Indonesia regulation, Environmental

Impact Assessment has been applied in all

region to reduce negative impact from

sustainable development.

Only those who have certification from

Indonesian Government are allowed to make

documents of Environmental Impact

Assessment (AMDAL), both for personal and

consultant company.

Activity in mining and agriculture plan

Environmental auditing is a tool of

responsibility in managing and controlling

kind of common examination, which is

obligated by government, but it is a proactive

effort with awareness to identify potential

is the only consulting firm with experience in

the study of Toxic & Hazardous Waste (B3)

generated from all industries in East Java. We

conducted the study in 2010 in collaboration

with the government of East Java Province.
