Our design team is a value driver to the organization. The design team focuses on training content, instructional design, and proprietary tool development.
I Train Design is a consultancy division which develops content for client organizations for their internal learning and development requirements. Content is transferred with IP rights as required.
I Train Adventure
We have an array of team building workshops and out door challenge programs for any audience size. Our activities are a blend of best practices, tried and tested activities and innovative proprietary methods. The combination of these elements ensures experiences and learning are both guaranteed as a take away.
Our adventure challenges range from in-room activities based on mental ability to the outdoors based on physical skill and execution ability. Our programs are designed to challenge and energize participants into action.
I Train AssessmentsThe I Train team is certified to conduct two of the most powerful psychometric assessment tools.
The MBTI tool is used to evaluate personality type, team synergy and alignment. It is a key decision tool for organizations which are focused on understanding the capabilities of their leaders in different roles.
The Firo-B tool is used as a interpersonal relationship assessment tool which aims to identify how people can be more productive while working together in teams. The assessments are comprehensive and provide a measured insight into team development.
