DIRECTOR
The Company was incorporated in the year of 2003 and started Exporting Leather items since 1st July 2004. The Managing Director of the company Mr. Hadi Hussain has 23 years' experience in this field. He is a leather technologist & Marketing expert and looking after the Marketing.
In the earlier part of the journey he was a director of Eastern Silks Ltd. A export house of Silks and leather Product.
After that he started his own inspection agencies as a Buying Agent of various Overseas Buyers such as Sylvain Lefebvre S.A, France, Guarantee Hands Bag Company, Canada etc. etc. etc.
After that he started his journey as a manufacturer & exporter in the name of M/S. Harsha Exports, a partnership firm, and now continuing as a registered company in the name of M/s. Harsha Leather Goods Pvt. Ltd. backed by a team of professional experts, skilled workmen, a very sound infra-structure situated in the Industrial Estate of Calcutta equipped with sophisticated and modern imported machines and other adequate resources, the buyers can be assured of the best of services in terms of a consistent quality. and timely delivery and yet offered a large and flexible capacity

Nature of production process
It has an in house production facility, but there is an
arrangement of satellite sourcing too. The production
process is a mixture of line and group process, where as
the assembling is done in a group the stitching is done
in a line.
Small Leather Good Items:
Area of production floor 5,000 sq. ft.
Production Capacity 2,50,000 pieces annually
Actual Monthly Production 2.00,000 pieces in the year
Nature of production process
Mostly it has an in house production facility, but there
is an arrangement of satellite sourcing too.
