of soft seal butterfly valve established in the year 2003,

The company is Butterfly valve factory 2headquartered

in Pudong, Shanghai, and its factory is located in Wuhu

Industrial Development Zone, Anhui Province, China.

After 15 years of development, we have extensive

experience in the production and processing of soft seal

butterfly valves. Our butterfly valve stocks have always

remained at 8 million RMB, which make us to offer the

fastest delivery shipment.

and manufactured by ourselves. We have

a professional technical team and R&D

BUTTERFLY VALVE

GENERAL INFORMATION

Wafer high performance butterfly valve provides a cost-effective solution for a

wide range of applications where bubble-tight shut-off is required. Utilizing an

eccentric disc and offset shaft, the design incorporates the flexible-lip sealing

system into a lightweight, compact body. The result is that in many cases the valve

can replace globe valve and gate valve yet easier operating, longer lasting and

lower cost.

Significant performance makes the valve widely used in many applications such

as Airport refueling, Hydrocarbon processing, HVAC, Air treatment, Chemical

processing, Purified gas, Steam and vacuum services, Potable water, Powder and

pulp processing, etc.

Wafer design makes the valve convenient for connection between flanges and

save length in pipe line.

·One-piece stem design with ISO 5211 square drive

·ISO 5211 direct mounting flange on the valve body

·Easy-adjust gland packing accessible with actuator mounted in place

·Belleville washers on the gland nut offer reliable primary sealing between shaft

and packing

·Retaining ring for both equably pressing on packing and stem blowout proof

·Multiply rows of RPTFE chevron for soft seat valve and Graphite chevron for fire

safe and metallic seat

·Extended neck for pipe insulation

·Self-energized seat resulting in longer life and reduced maintenance

·Pin-less shaf t to disc connec tion makes the valve convenient for parts

replacement and reliable even under corrosion

·Seat retainer supports the seat and allows for easy changeout

·Double offset disc reducing the valve torque

·Alloy harden disc surface for metal seat increases the sealing life time

·Integral disc stop prevent disc from over travel

·Soft seat, fire safe seat and metallic seat are replaceable each other

BUTTERFLY VALVE

GENERAL INFORMATION

Lug high performance butterfly valve provides a cost-effective solution for a wide

range of applications where bubble-tight shut-off is required. Utilizing an eccentric

disc and offset shaft, the design incorporates the flexible-lip sealing system into a

lightweight, compact body. The result is that in many cases the valve can replace

globe valve and gate valve yet easier operating, longer lasting and lower cost.

Significant performance makes the valve widely used in many applications such

as Airport refueling, Hydrocarbon processing, HVAC, Air treatment, Chemical

processing, Purified gas, Steam and vacuum services, Potable water, Powder and

pulp processing, etc.

Lug design makes the valve convenient for connection between flanges and well

used in end of pipe.

BUTTERFLY VALVE

GENERAL INFORMATION

Double flanged butterfly valve features a bonded liner extending over the

flanges. The double flange design is suitable for high pressure loading and

for use in heavy industry, shipbuilding, severe vacuum applications and

water treatment industry like potable water, water treatment and wastewater

applications.

Product description

POE series electric actuator is used to control the 0℃ ~90℃ rotary valve,such as butterfly valve、ball valve、gate valve、

plug valve,damper、louver valve and so on,can be widely used in petroleum,chemicl industry,water treatment,paper

making,power station,ship,heating,light industry and other industrues.It used 380V/220V/110V/DC24V AC power supply

for driving power supply,the 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as control signal.Can control the valve

switch and adjust to reealize the automatic control the maximum out torque of 200N·M.

Open or close the valve by switching the circuit, and output a set

of active, fully closed, and fully closed type of valve.

The switching circuit realizes the valve opening or closing operation, and

outputs the resistance signal corresponding to the opening position.

The standard signal input from external computer or industrial instrument

is used to control the opening and closing Angle of the valve and the

corresponding standard signal corresponding to the feedback output.

Open or close the valve by switching the circuit, and output a set of

active signals indicating that the valve is fully open and fully closed.

non-source signals indicating that the valve is fully open and closed.

By switching the positive and negative of the external dc power supply,

realize the "open" and "close" operation of the valve, and output a non-

POE unique circuit design, all imports of industrial electronic components, which adopts

single-chip microcomputer as the core of intelligent control signal acquisition module,

signal acquisition, processing, feedback and control in a body. Advanced hybrid integrated

circuit with good stability and control precision as high as 1/1000. Small volume, simple

installation, simple operation.

POE series actuators each factory is accompanied with a handle, such as site control

power, can directly insert the handle manually driven valve mouth, need not when can

remove the handle separately store, then rubber dustproof plug screw fixation.

Electric stroke limit function: when the actuator reaches the full open and closed limit

position, the internal electric limit switch will cut off the circuit and protect the actuator.

Output shaft mechanical limit function: when the electric stroke limit function fails, the

actuator output shaft will be locked by the mechanical limit device to protect the valve from

damage.

When the valve is in the process of work (middle) due to pipe the impurities, foreign

bodies, or for other reasons is stuck, the output torque of the actuator will rapidly increase,

reach a value (jumping machine torque), torque switch will disconnect the circuit, so as to

protect the valve and actuator from damage.

POE series actuator electric cavity can be used to configure PTC electronic heating elements for use in humid and humid places during the day and night to prevent the

damage of electrical components caused by condensation. The heater is a continuous working system, so it is charged, even if the actuator is not operating.

Product characteristics

1. Indicator: NAMUR standard indicator, easy to install limit switch, localizer and other valve accessories.

2. Output axis: nickel-plated alloy steel and high-precision one-piece output shaft conform to NAMUR, ISO5211,

DIN3337 standard. We can customize the size and stainless steel material according to customer's requirement.

3. Cylinder: ASTM6005 die-casting aluminum alloy cylinder body adopts hard oxidation, epoxy resin spraying (according

to the requirement of spraying various color) PTFE layer plating nickel to meet different requirements. 4. End cover:

metal powder coating on the surface of die casting aluminum powder coating various colors, PTFE layers or nickel plating

treatment.

5, the piston: double piston rack, using hard anodized aluminum or cast steel galvanized processing, installation location

is symmetrical, fast operation, long service life, simple reversal of the piston can change the direction of rotation.

6. Stroke adjustment: the power can be used for independent stroke adjustment screw. Precision of + / - 5 ℃ , adjust the

position.

7. High performance spring adopts high quality material, coating and preloading. Strong corrosion resistance and service

life. Can be safe and simple to remove the single acting actuator, by changing the number of springs and the different

torque output range.

8. Bearing, guide plate: use low friction, long life composite material, avoid metal and metal direct contact, maintenance

and replacement simple and convenient.

9. Seal: normal temperature is made of butyronitrile rubber. Fluoro rubber or silicone rubber is adopted at high

temperature or low temperature.
