CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF ECONOMIC GROWTH

Dori Ellis cut the ribbon for the IPB building

back in 2002.

In 1998, there was discussion about Sandia occupying a building in the SS&TP – close to the Labs, but outside the security gates. The private sector built a facility which Sandia leased. The International Programs Building (IPB), now called the Center for Global Security and Cooperation, houses the Cooperative Monitoring Center and other Sandia international programs.
