The Santa Barbara County Re-entrySteering Committee (RSC) providesoversight and guidance to thoseentities and organizations working toengage and serve individualsreturning to the community from jailor prison. This group meets alongwith the Quality Assurance (QA)Committee. The ongoing goals ofthe QA Committee are to assessand ensure fidelity with the use ofevidence-based models, to supportskill building by creatingopportunities for joint training anddevelopment, to identify gaps inservice, to ensure efficient servicedelivery, and to promote improvedoutcomes through collaborativequality assurance efforts in SantaBarbara County.
