1. USING FLASHAdobe Flash doesn't work on phones or

tablets, which is over 50% of all web traffic.

Flash support is also being phased out by

web browsers including Chrome.

Pretty soon it won't work anywhere.

Switch to HTML5. That works on every

device

2. NOT MOBILEFRIENDLY

Once again, over 50% of all web traffic is

from mobile devices.

If your website isn't optimized for mobile,

you're getting penalized on search rankings.

Use Responsive Design or create a mobile

version.

Test your website with Google's Free Tool

3. CONTACT PAGE MISSING

Make it easy for

customers to contact you.

Don't make them search

through your site to find

your email & phone

number.

Always include a contact

page in the navigation

menu.

4. IT 'S MISSING

I see websites all the time that are unavailable.

Sometimes because the company forgot to renew

their hosting, sometimes because of hackers, or a

server crash.

Either way, it's hurting your sales.

Check your site regularly.

It can go down for many reasons.

6. OUTDATEDWas your website around when modems were dial up?

If your website is more than 2 years old, it's outdated.

We now have HTML5, CSS3, & HTTPS for security.

An outdated website will hurt your

search rankings and give the

appearance that you're not with

the times.

7. BROKEN FORM

Broken forms are the reason

you're not getting any leads from

your website.

Have your web developer fix it

ASAP.

Audit your website at least once

per quarter. Make sure a customer

can easily find and reach you.

8. MALWARE OR SECURITYBREACH

If there is malware or a security

breach, your customers will not

be able to access your website.

Keep your customers safe.

Contact your developer ASAP.

This is a business killer.
