What happens when I call Client Support?
• Client Support is a team of experienced former Operators and Customer Service Representatives
• Call Client Support with Borrower and SAL questions as well as escalated issues.
• If Client Support cannot help you right away, they will log an issue in our Help Desk and follow it until the issue is resolved or the question answered
• If all Client Support Team Members are busy, the call will be forwarded to the Operations Department
When should I call Operations?
• Our Operations Department can help you with:
• Password and login issues
• Installation of SALNet
• Installation and trouble shooting of Secure FTP
• Special Reports and Reports questions
How many logins should I have
and why?

Logging into SAL-Net:
SAL Net has 2 steps to login:
• Terminal Server Login • Click on the SALNet Icon on your
desktop
• Enter
• Login ID – will usually be school code – user initials acxx-zz
• Password – received in an email
