1. Prints must be no smaller than 5” x 7” and total size may not exceed 8” x 10”.

2. All prints must be the work of the exhibitor and not previously exhibited.

3. Name and exhibitor number must be marked on back of each photo.

4. Exhibitors may enter only one photograph in each section or lot, if lot is listed.

5. Prints must be mounted to appropriate board to keep flat and mats are allowed if secure to print.

6. All exhibits must be received by August 21st, no later than 8 pm.

7. Exhibitors should be familiar with the General Rules before filling out entry form.

8. Exhibitor Form and correct exhibit tag (i.e. Adult, Teen or Junior) must accompany all entries.

9. The Exhibit Form must be correctly filled-out using the guidelines shown in the Premium Book.

10. It is important to indicate a phone number so that you can be reached if there are questions regarding your entry.

11. No premium points are paid for adult white ribbons.

12. Frames are not allowed.
