FRAME SHOP: The Frame Shop (Apartment 137) will be closed for the month of August. FROM THE LIBRARY: Recently inside sections of the New York Times have gone missing from the Periodical Room on the day of publication. This isn't just theft from the library -- it's theft from the whole community, because the papers in the library belong to all of us. I have alerted the members of the Library Committee and am asking all residents to be on the look-out for anyone with parts of the New York Times and/or The Wall Street Journal. Thank you. COLLINGTONIAN NOTICE: The Collingtonian, Collington's resident-produced monthly newsletter, resumes publication in September. Residents interested in writing, editing, photography and proof-reading are invited to attend our staff meeting on Friday, Aug. 12 at 2:30 p.m. in the Board Room. A special welcome to new residents. Questions? Call George Newman at Ext. 7349 or email [email protected]

BIBLE STUDY GROUP, WEDNESDAYS, 4PM - CHAPEL: is on hiatus until September 7th, when Pastor Leslie Braunstein will return as leader. Our new course of study is yet to be decided. Anyone interested in joining this group in the fall is more than welcome! Questions? Call Mary Ann Pellerin, x7269.
BOOK CLUB: You become the Editor for the September discussion. The changes are yours to make. Examples: let’s say that you read a book/saw a movie/acted in Little Theater/served in the military, and the ending was abc. Your task will be to edit the ending to xyz, and take us through your change process. Humor is encouraged! John Geron, x 7551.
