There are five steps to trust, a business philosophy.

1. Tell the truthThe truth about what your product/service can do. Do not embellish

2. ReliableSay what you do and do what you say. Excuses are for amateurs. Beingreliable is professional.

3. Use Value" Give more in value than you receive in cash " The most important linein The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles. Think long and hardabout this statement.

4. Service AttitudeIf you don't serve your customers, they won't stay your customers.Without customers, you have no business. Without happy customers, youwill struggle to generate profits. You yourself don't pay the wages or dividends. You just mind the money yourcustomer rewards you with for excellent service. This can be a challenging concept to get your head around.Remember you are just the custodian.

5. TimekeepingProfessional business people value the time of others. They expect others to value their time. Time is a fixedcommodity. There are only twenty four hours in a day. You cannot generate an extra two hours tomorrow to catch upfor the hours wasted today.. Respect other people's time and they will respect yours. You don't want to be known asa " Time Thief ".
