Super Radiator CoilsSuper Radiator Coils is a company where employees are valued,

heat transfer problems are solved, and exceptional customer service

is paramount. Founded in 1927, the Company today builds coils,

industrial heat exchangers, nuclear products, and air coolers for OEM

and end users for a variety of industries.

When we purchased the business in 1985, we set the company

on a journey of controlled growth, a culture of long-term think-

ing, and a practice of reinvesting in the business and its people.

Today, we continue that vision with four manufacturing facilities,

13 recognized industry certifications, over 400 associates, and a

customer base that spans five continents.

Test Lab Wind TunnelOur state-of-the-art, on-site test lab equips our design engineers with a cutting edge. The lab handles a wide range of airflow and conditions, it

has multiple fluid loops to test a variety of applications.

› Airflow from 100 – 8,500 cubic feet per minute (0.05 – 4.00 m3/s)

› Air temperature from 23 –140°F (-5 – 60°C)

› Humidity from 20 – 95%

› Entering Water temperatures up to 180°F (82°C)

› Entering Glycol temperatures range from 20 to 200°F (-6 – 93°C)

› Separate fluid testing loops for:

Water, Glycol, Oil, Steam, Refrigerants, and Other Fluids

› Fluid temperatures range from 20 – 400°F

› Pump loop for a variety of refrigerants. Maximum pressure up to 500 psig
