Cacao Coffee

#1 RECIPE

- 10-15 grams of baking cocoa- Whatever amount of coffee bean youlike. (try 35 grams if you need an amount)- Ceylon cinnamon to taste - Ground vanilla bean to taste

COllagen & Grass Fed Whey

#2 RECIPE

- Whatever amount of coffee bean youlike (let it cool for about 15 minutes in thefreezer so the heat doesn't break downthe protein.- 20-30 grams grass fed whey (chocolateor vanilla)
