CHADWIC HOME TO PRESENT NEW CAMPAIGN On Thursday morning, March 6, 2008, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., in the Cedar Grove boardroom, join Judy Stein of CHADWIC Home for the ‘’Neighbours, Friends and Families’’ campaign. This campaign raises awareness of the signs of woman abuse so people who are close to an at-risk woman or an abusive man can help. Everyone in the community has a role to play in helping to prevent woman abuse. Ms. Stein welcomes all to join her in working together. Most Ontarians feel a personal responsibility for reducing woman abuse ... and recognizing it is the first step. We must take the warning signs seriously. If you are not able to attend, you may visit www.neighboursfriendsandfamilies.on.ca for more information.

Curling News On February 13th, Ms. Pino and the JK/SK/Gr.1 students of Our Lady of Fatima (Chapleau)celebrated being in school for 100 DAYS!! It was a day filled with educational and exciting activities, all centered around 100. The students had been counting the days to 100 since the first day of school, anxiously awaiting this fun filled day. They made an ocean mural with 100 fish, shared home projects that centered around 100 items, counted and estimated numbers to 100 and even decorated a cake with 100 goodies on it. The students learned tons and had a blast exploring the number 100. Good job!
