Definición de cultura

• The culture for the organization is similar to the personality for the

individual.

• Culture is influencing the individual and collective behaviour within a

company.

Culture describes the behavioural norms that

have been established through the interpretation

of the “messages” about:

• “How things are done here”

• “What really is valued in this company”

• “Where we invest time and money”

When there is an inconsistency between what is

said and done, what is done always shapes the

culture.
