The MultiCam M2521 32-bit Controller is a powerful, stand-alone, simultaneous 4-axis CNC system that uses a 1000-line program look-ahead and 64-bit motion algorithms to give our CNC machines unsurpassed high-speed performance. In addition, it features 12 MB of program memory coupled with standard DNC for unlimited CNC program size. The M2521 controller operates on industry-standard M&G Codes and can interpret Hewlett Packard Graphics Language (HPGL) as well.

Each MultiCam system includes our exclusive and powerful Suite 4 Productivity Software with everything you need to transform your ideas into results: JobEditor, JobReporter, MotionMechanic, JobNameServer, ConnectionManager and Job Console software programs.

The MultiCam HMI-20 handheld keypad is the most user-friendly keypad interface in the industry. You can extend the capabilities of the HMI-20 by adding the optional Advanced Graphical CNC user interface. This option gives the machine operator additional control at the machine with features such as real-time graphical feedback, advanced file editing and optional parametric macros.

The 2000 Series Laser system is a versatile platform for cutting a wide variety of full sheet materials. In addition, you can raster engrave photos, illustrations and other graphic applications. The machine is available with 100, 200 or 400 watt Synrad lasers. The 2000 Series flying optic system is fully collimated for uniform beam quality in the near and far fields. An optional capacitive height sensing cutting head is available for processing thin metals.
